DraftKings took my money from my bank account and restricted my account .Customer support is useless and uses generic templates to respond to your problem and thats even after offering to give them proof and what ever they needed. Dont do business with these thieves I use fan duel and by far they are better in terms of customer support .Business Response

I added money to draft kings account i made a bet I lost so I had only $90 left in my account I decided that I wanted to withdraw my money so I initiated a $90 transfer to my bank account ending in ****. Within 30 min draft kings restricted my account its been 11 months and I still havent been able to get my money back Gave them everything I can to get my money back but some things I cant because I cantBusiness Response

I currently have over $1800 on my draftkings casino app. Then out of nowhere my account was locked and I was accused of having multiple accounts. I only have one account. For certain. So I wanted to be sure nobody was using my information on another account. we emailed back and forth a few times although they never even acknowledged the fact that I have that amount of money on my account with no access to it. Then, they just stopped responding at all. I told them I simply want the money on my account sent to the same bank account I had used for all other withdrawals. I even told them they could close my account afterwards. But no response. I am so disappointed in the customer support and even more disappointed with the way this all went down. Draft Kings offered a deposit bonus of 100% with a 17* play through. After playing through several times and winning $137 my play through total was still showing only 1%. At that time I decided to forfeit my deposit bonus and cash out. It turns out what I was doing was forfeiting the whole amount. All $1137, $500 deposit, $137 in winnings and $500 deposit bonus were all taken. Obviously no one would do this on purpose. I asked them to put the $1137 back in my account and let me play it through or to refund me either winnings plus deposit or just my deposit and was told I was out of luck. This seems really dishonest and the fine print was really hard to understand.Business Response

05/05/23 Email: ************************** Draftkings Username: mbeckett1070 My account has been locked and had restrictions placed on it since 02/20/23 It was not my fault and I've talked to numerous customer service agents and been told it's being reviewed. I've uploaded all correct documents to my account. I've had over 400$ in my account that I haven't been able to withdraw for 2 months. I mistakenly deposited ****** on Draft kings rather than ***** on May 1st, I immeaditely tried to withrawl the $2***** funds and it was declined. I used my ***** that I intended to deposit. The next day I tried to withdrawl the $225.27 again and it was declined again. I was told I needed to wait 24 hours for the money to reach their registry. I emailed support and expressed my frustation that I rarely go on the site and that I had bills to pay and then I get an email back that my account was now resctricted and flagged for comments on my ticket by responsible gaming. I have emailed several times since, even creating a new ticket today. It is now 4 business days later and they have not even contacted me. I need my money. This is ridiculous, they were quick to take my money. They can keep my account locked I just want my money.Business Response

Apri 12, 2023 I noticed my Draft Kings Account had been hacked. I contacted my bank and they froze my checking account. I supspended my Pay Pal Account as well. At this time I couldnt use Draft Kings, bank account or Pay Pal. The hacker was able to complete transactions. I have no idea who did this but they took all my money from all my accounts. As of April 24 my bank says it was 23 transactions totaling $850. PayPal says I owe $ 1174.I cant talk to a live person at Draft Kings only bots. I left a voicemail but no response. Any help would be appreciated. I had nothing to do with these transactions and I didnot have the money in any of these accounts to do transactions.Customer Answer

On 4/30/2023 I placed a bet on the game gonzos quest 3 gold coins came down in the first 3 reels which should have triggered a bonus but no bonus was awarded I took a screen shot of the game and sent it to the customer support along with the transaction Id they responded saying that they cannot find the transaction Id its like the transaction has been deleted on their end I dont understand how this is possible because the screen shot I took was from the financial center on my account under the statements and transactions potion of my account and now they are not replying to me at allBusiness Response

I requested access to my Draft Kings account to withdraw MY MONEY ($1,651) after submitting all of the required documentation (******* Drivers License) and because of that request ********************** has decided to prevent me any access of any kind to my Draft Kings account. No one from ********************** Player Protection Team has reached out to me after dozens of emails when Draft Kings locked me out of my account by placing restrictions. I don't need nor did I request Player Protection and am appalled at the suggestion -- especially since I have never made any large ****** of any kind in DraftKings ever. All of my bets are $1 and $2 parlays. Draft Kings has no legal right to deny me access to my account and to withdraw my winnings not to mention to prevent me from submitting Draft Kings Fantasy lineups or making ****** of my choosing on the Draft Kings Sportsbook. I am appalled that DraftKings has put restrictions on my account and locked it until further notice and in doing so has not permitted me back in the game over their misguided perception of my Responsible Gaming. All I ever play are minimal $1 and $2 ******. I have sent countless emails to the Draft Kings customer service advocates to lift all of these ******** Restrictions on my account immediately and repeatedly. No one at Draft Kings offers any help of any kind. It has been over 48 hours since I won big on my 6 $1 parlay bets totaling $1,651. This whole experience has been beyond ridiculous and I will be reporting all of this unfair treatment towards me to the ******* ***************** as well as the Better Business Bureau in ******* and ************* This is no way to treat your loyal customers ***************************Business Response
