      On June 29 2023, I won a bet on draftkings. I wake up the following day to withdraw the money I won and I see that they restricted my account. So I reached out to them trying to figure out why my account was restricted and they responded saying that I needed to verify my account. I verified my account by doing what they asked me to do and then they said that another reason was a possible statement made in an email and that they needed to review that. Its almost been 2 weeks now and I still have no access to my account and the money that I won. I just want to withdraw the money that I won and all I keep getting is emails saying pretty much the same thing, theres no timeframe well get back when we can Im hoping there is something you guys can do about this.

      Woke up this morning and tried to log into my DraftKings account. Pop up said account temporarily locked. Contacted support and after a couple back and forth emails was told account banned and given no reason. I have money on the account. I sent another email asking for clarification as to why and no response. They provide no number to call and talk to anyone

      On June 7 2023 I deposited $13000.00 in my DraftKings account. I intended to make a bet which I never went through with. After a couple of weeks I tried to withdraw the money deposited in my account. When I attempted to withdraw my money they said they required more information from me of which I have provided. Here it is over a month since I deposited it and am still unable to retrieve it. They claim I must use it for gambling purposes and act like it is their money. For anyone who is thinking of putting money into DraftKings beware, you may not get it back.

      On July 10 I received $400 credit for placing in their weekly leaderboard. That week I had no issues with any games, no problems at all. The moment that credit was put on my account every single game glitched and would spin and spin. It didn't matter how high or low or what game it was. I contacted support and they were no help. I then decided to screen record what was happening and they still have not responded. I finally told them I wanted to be refunded for reissued my $400 credit that I earned. I spent a lot of money to earn that and no one would take me seriously. They are not even reading my emails.. their responses have nothing to do with my issue. Last but not least after I told them I had video proof and was giving them the opportunity to make it right before posting on BBB, I was sent the responss "Hell *******?" As in What the hell/to h*** with you It's not a typo considering the circumstances. I am not happy and want my $400 credit back and half of what I spent between Monday 7/10 & Tuesday 7/11 which is over $1000 but I will accept $400 of that total.

      I won $387, which is more than I had won at one time. After that they placed a restriction on my account and wouldnt let me access it, they wanted me to send in bank statements because they said it was suspicious activity . I submitted everything, my ID with my face and all and after I submitted it they told me it wasnt good enough, so I told them I wanted to close my account and they told me my money would be sent to me, I would be receiving emails about it being sent and to confirm my address. I did and then they keep telling me that they have sent it to internal people who will look at my case. Why lie? I won fair and square and the money is mine that they are trying to keep. Then they stop responding when they dont like the conversation, not my fault theyre thieves

      I placed a parlay bet on 07-08-2024 , I hit all games except for one that got postponed to the next day. On 07-09-2024, I won the postponed match, which means I won my parlay. Instead of receiving my winning prize, Draftkings withheld my winning and when I notified them about it, they locked out my account.

      Casino (Blackjack is a scam). Every time I play I stay even or a little ahead playing $3-5. As soon as I up stakes to $10 plus I lose **** times in a row. Like clockwork. Once lost 10 games in a row. Then when I told support it was a scam they restricted my account and now I cant get my money out.

      Hello on June 30th I placed a few bets on my DraftKings account. I was fortunate enough to be successful and requested a withdrawal of my winnings. My account was locked with a balance of $2730 they requested a picture of me holding my id which I uploaded. I have sent numerous emails and contacted support through ******* as well and received no response on surveys about how I feel about customer service. *********** have all cleared my bank but I am still unable to withdraw my balance and continue to receive no response to my inquiries

      I heard from them but they have yet to resolve this issue and have not allowed me to withdraw my money. I have answered all questionnaires and uploaded all documentation asked for. I uploaded a picture of me holding my id as requested. I uploaded a pdf of my bank statement only to be asked 5 days later to upload it again. Which I did and I still can not withdraw my money. *********** have been paid and cleared my bank there is no reason to not allow me to withdraw. Thank you for your help.

      Signed up for an account with ********************** on July fourth 2023 (username MD_gasman). I had satisfied all identification requirements and I had unrestricted access to their web client and deposit options. Only after depositing $200 was I notified of "suspicious activity (no bets were made, simply the deposit)," and my account was frozen. After an initial back-and-forth email chain during which they requested additional personal documentation, customer service stopped responding. It has been four (4) days since their last correspondence, and I do not have access to my funds either for withdrawal or play. DraftKings has essentially stolen my money and ghosted me. No way to call support either, dependent on web-based interaction. Do not trust this company with your money.

      Just recently, I joined DK and was loving the app. My family and friends referred me. I won a few sports bets and received winnings of $600+ Withdrew $400 and after that my account was locked for whatever reasons. They requested docs and I sent docs but nothing is ever satisfying to them. Requested the remaining $243.56 approx. in account on several occasions but it is clear to me that they are not honoring my winnings. After several emails from different people with first names only, requesting funds, the winnings remain locked in the account. This seems like a very dishonest action.

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.  And I have nothing more to send them so I'm at a deadlick.There seems to be no solution as nothing is satisfactory to them.  They can keep the money they owe me and others like that have been doing and get away with it.
