      I made two withdrawals through a third party and I never received any money. First my bank said that they had it and now they say DraftKings didnt pay it they had a hold on it

      My account has been restricted for an unknown reason several weeks ago. I was told I would be contacted by a review team directly to discuss my account restriction and never was. As soon as my account was restricted they have not responded or contacted me back through email or by phone. I would like to be contacted and have my account restored for future use. I have not committed any violations and would just like to be contacted and my account restored. There is also money in the account (over $1,000 that I do not have any access to) I'm not trying to remove the money just want to be contacted and have my account access restored.

      Yes right at 3 weeks ago, I sent in a ticket to support asking why the payout was late for the ****** race. They replied Why? That was all they replied. Then they proceeded to block me. In the meantime I was winning on three one dollar bets on baseball. I won ****** during the game and they wont pay me or unlock my account. I have written them to no avail. Not sure what else I can do. I have also lost game tickets that have expired that I paid for. There is still a total of ****** in my account.

      On Monday August 21 of 2023 DraftKings locked me out of my account with ******************** it. I was locked out bc i wrote a complaint to their customer service department stating how they were incorrectly paying me for bets i won and that i was being forced to bet instead of allowed to withdraw my money. I told them i did not feel comfortable with the company forcing me to bet and that i wanted to delete my account after receiving my money. I was locked out and never given any answer as to why and no follow **** *** sent emails lefts voicemails and requested a supervisor and still nothing.

      This occurred 8/18 when I attempted to withdraw the money from my Draftkings account. The name of my Draftkings account is DaKxngOfTheNorth and I have had this account for years. On this day, I deposited about $400 which in turn I ended up winning $1902.95. I attempted to withdraw this money and my account was flagged for suspicious activity. I have deposited $3675 for the entire month of August without issue but when I make a withdrawal to SAME account that they took the money from and they are not allowing me. I have emailed this company numerous times and I have not received a legitimate answer to anything I have emailed. The responses I get are generic as if they are coming from some sort of AI. Throughout Draftkings website they state that issues will be resolved in 48hrs or less and I have yet to receive a resolution. I would like my account to be unrestricted so I can withdraw the money that I won and close the account altogether. Their customer service department is not very helpful at all.

      I have been using draftkings Sportsbook for online gambling yesterday I made a withdraw for 54 dollars to my bank account the money was processed and into my account right away but it has been 24 hours and I see no funds I keep contacting them but they arent doing anything about it ... please help

      On August 9, 2023, an account was opened at **********************. The account was opened with $400.00 from two **** Giftcard debit. On August 16th, three additional deposits totaling $401 were made for a total balance of $801. During the process of placing a bet, I found my account to be temporarily restriced. Three withdrawls/refunds were initiated by draft kings on 8/16 leaving a balance of $100.00 in the account. I reached out to DraftKings and they asked for a picture of my face holding my State ID. I propmptly provided that informaton on 8/16. I created multiple support tickets requesting that I receive a call back and my account restrictions to be lifted. In total 10 tickets with customer support were created and unresolved. I requested Draft Kings to refund the entire balance, close the account. ********************** refused to resolve this. On 8/22 Draft Kings requested a bank statement, I sent a picture of each **** Giftcard debit card used. Each time Draft Kings asked for more and more information. Lastly, they asked for the original cash purchase of the **** gift card debit cards. Because of the nature of the bearer instrument and the fact that these are used as gifts, the original giftcard receipt is unavailable. DraftKings continues to ignore requests and close tickets without resolution. They refuse to refund/withdraw balances. Furthermore, DraftKings even when provided with information equivalent to KYC, CIP information, they refuse to un freeze an account. This complaint is also being filed with the OH and MA gaming comission and the *****

      I made a draft kings account after seeing an advertisement about free bets last night. I won 3k or a little over last night depositing $10 and using free bonus bets. Now my account was restricted for Id verification did that and then they said I was banned for irresponsible gambling practices Ive spent $10 and bet 3 times maybe . *** reached out via email via their chat option that conveniently has live chat unavailable ive dmd on ******* Ive reached out on Instagram . My account has been closed until at least November and now they just keep telling me be patient someone asked me what amount would I like withdraw so I can start the process at 11:24 this morning but I still have never heard anything else the last message I was told to be patient and they will email me after they finish reviewing my account but after seeing the other issues people have Im convinced they are just delaying me purposefully I cant say why a business would so much money would benefit from keeping my money but I won fair and square didnt use any body elses account did try to withdraw to multiple accounts bc I never won before and wanted the money quickly .. it said my ***** Fargo account had instant payout Ive won almost 24 hours ago and Im just being given the run around and I do feel like Im being treated unfairly and unjustly bc my account was closed after I asked how long is this going to take I have kids they made me fill out a questionnaire and said although we cant 100% accurately assess your account will be closed and message us in November for access. Me who spent $10 in one year gambling now Im addicted bc they cant pay me

      I had suspicious activity on my account.. ********************** restricted my account a couple weeks ago and in the mean time there was an transaction on my debit card and my financial institution asked me if I played on Draft Kings site because that was where the breach occurred. I have asked them to just close my account since its restricted, and they need some kind of proof where I live utility bill or bank statement with my account number on it!!! If my account has been hacked why would I give them my account number??? Why would I give them my account number to begin with??? I had $24.19 taken out of my bank account that was linked to someone hacking into my draft kings account ??I will not give them my bank account information EVER. I want that account closed. *** asked them to do that and of course they just keep giving me the runaround. It should be mandatory that they have a phone number to call for this type of issues

      I have deposited $1,500 to draftkings today, and when I try to take it out, it said that my account was restricted. It told me to contact customer service. When I tried to contact customer service, they told me my account was banned because I violated the term of use. I asked them what I violated, and they told me they can't disclose that. I have been using draftkings for almost a year now and never had problem with it. I just want my money back if I can't use draftkings platform for betting.It is weird that I can deposit money but can't withdraw it. That sounds like a scam, and I want to know the reason why my account was closed.
