      I've been trying to get my account unlocked for almost over a month. The company is currently holding onto $1000 of my money that i deposited. I uploaded everything they asked me for but kept telling me to wait and its been weeks. No one is giving me any updates even when i reach out and ask.

      I have attached the latest email thread with the company where on September 2 they requested me to do what they required me to do and i had to follow up to figure out if they received it or not. i havent gotten a response or anything from the company since September 4 on top of me reaching out for an update.

      On September 5th 2023 at 9:****, I successfully placed a $100 bet on *********************** to win $300. *********************** won the fight and I still have not received my $100 bet back or my winnings of $300. I publicly posted numerous complaints on their app to try to get my money and no answer. They continue to keep my money and my earnings that I rightfully won. This is unjust and needs to be rightfully corrected. I currently have a $1,200.00 bet placed on ***************************** to win against ***************************** and I am extremely concerned that if I do win, that they will not give me my money back or my winnings if I win again. This is simply unlawful theft, unacceptable by any means and justly needs to be corrected as soon as possible.

      they are locking my money, and withholding my funds even though I sent them everything to verify my account and it seems like they are unfairly holding my money. I've been going back and forth with the customer service team and i would not get any updates whatsoever.

      My account was locked. In May 2023 I was playing a casino slot game and was in the bonus rounds when the game froze. It took over 1 month for this to be resolved however I was told what the bonus would have been instead of seeing the game go to completion. During he month of waiting I was told to log in to a different device in which I did. I used my wifes phone to log in to see if the game would complete as directed by a player advocate from DraftKings. 2 months later my account was restricted because I logged in from a different device. This is exactly what I was told to do from the player advocate so I complied. I was told to upload a selfie with my ID to verify who I was. I did not conform at first out of anger and resentment. I did however provide them this information. I was told I would be back with a verified account once I sent it in. Then my wifes account was restricted and she also had to send in the same selfie. We did so and both are stilled locked. DraftKings is holding money in my account and not allowing me to withdraw. I am also receiving daily emails telling me to play and attempting to lure me into promotions. Why are they sending me promotions when my account is locked? Why is my account still locked? Its been over the 48 hour timeframe I was told it would take to complete.

      I had won $40 dollars and requested a withdrawal. They sent the money to a debit card that I havent used on that site in almost a year. I told them to resend it to the right account or credit my account. This started on 8/20/23. The photo attached shows a debit card that I no longer have and havent used in a long time. Ive made deposits to their site via Venmo,, PayPal, other Credit and debit cards since. And for them to send it to a card that I dont use and not reimburse me is straight up stealing. It could easily be resolved if they just give me my money back. Continued repeated requests for an update yield no progress. I literally just want my money back and they just ignore people.Its not the $40 more than the principle. They run a very unethical business and I just want my money back.

      hi, my name is ***************************. I had been using the dk bet platform like a new religion for a few months before my incident took place. My issue started in the first week of June in 2022. Before i get into my story and issue i do want it to be known that i tried coming up with a resolution and a solution to fix what i felt like was the main problem. So at the time of the incident my wife ************************* and I had a few friends that were staying with us. At the time i honestly thought nothing of it as the 5 of us would sit in the living room making bets laughing having a good time as we would all figure out who the winners and losers were etc..And we had all been playing on the same wi fi for months with zero issues no complaints etc. Then i woke up one morning to learn that i could not access my account ************ nor would i be able to access the $(1500.00 or so give or take amount of dollars i had in there. (i still have copies od all e mails just in case there is any confusion between myself and the business at hand) At first i was told the restriction can be lifted pretty rapidly i just had to turn in my license proof of residence and a selfie.. So i got all those things together as quickly as i could and sent them in. it was at the time of sending in the papers that i asked what exactly i was restricted for and i was told "there were several accounts that were tied into my account and this violated the one person per household/wi fi rule that was in place" At this point in time i was new to the whole sports gambling thing all five of us were and i had never heard of such a rule. But i respected it and i waited a few days without hearing back so i again contacted the business. It was on this time that i was informed that LISSHHA23 (*********************) *************************** (*****************************) ITACKYOURCHICK1 (MY WIDE *******************) were all presumed to be the same person, just me. the business ten told me that even though i had done what they asked of me and turned in all of my documents that they would not either take the restrictions off my account nor would they let me access the funds in my account until they (*****************************) either turned in there documents to prove we were all separate identities or it was proven that it was all me. I do not remember exactly how much money each of them had in there accounts but i know it was no where near the amount in mine so they just did not care about it or to take the time to jump into hoops that the business wanted the to imp into. I found this unfair back then and i find it unfair now why should i have to suffer because people are to lazy to stand up for what is right instead of get pushed around by the bigger business. I have nothing but respect for the business and the way it was handled at first but what it turned into was a one sided sit show in there favor. I personaly just wonder where all of this money goes where peoples accounts are locked for small reasons that shouldn't matter and there money is just chalked by the players. If this option does not help me then if will have to contact the Ohio ************************* and share my story in hoping that it will turn out in my favor which i do believe that it will. I hope we can come to a resolution and put this behind us as i know that just the funds in my account wouldn't be worth going after but if we add up all funds from all room mates it is definitely worth it.

      On 8/30/2023, I place a 13 Pick Parlay on Draft King. The 13 Pick Parlay Won DK638290339543568245. On 8/31/2023 I did a withdrawal request for $1,000 to my checking account ending ****. On 8/31/2023 I received a email that stated my request was denied and my account was being restricted for deposits and withdrawal. On 8/31/2023, I was instructed by Draft King ******* that I had to send a copy of my license next to my face and copy of my bank statement. This was very weird when I have already gave then access to my bank account ending ****. I uploaded all requested documents that Draft King ask for, the support team started my account was being reviewed by the internal department it should take around ***** hours for response. Here I am near me a weak from my winnings. And still no response. I have sent several emails to the support team , to keep being pushed to the side with out releasing my funds. I have not violated any violations under rules Draft King . I just would like for my funds to be released.

      I used gift cards I got for my birthday and nearing graduation. DraftKings has since locked my account for whatever reason and after weeks and weeks of saying the exact same thing they told me they will not unlock my account and will be keeping my money because I dont have the physical gift cards anymore. This is absolutely ridiculous and a clear money grab by DraftKings. Locking my account over gift card deposits is insane. I would like my money credited to my account and my account unlocked with no further issues.

      I was a silver rewards member on DraftKings. I watched DraftKings give 2 people I know 1 bronze and 1 silver tier dynasty member free $100 bets. I know for a fact I bet more than them and more often than them. But yet I was told Im not eligible and its nothing DraftKings can do. But yet they tell my friends based on your recent loyalty and play they will give them $100 free bets. So not only am I being lying to im not even getting the same treatment and being discriminated against.

      That doesnt resolve or answer why I requested an account closer. You all did not treat me fairly like all your other customers who were in the same dynasty tier as me or even lower. I didnt just request my account to be closed for no reason. It was after I was lied to multiple times and treated unfairly.

      never received no credits as stated in my previous email to yall it said my casino bonus is about to expire never received them,like I said I'd my credits ain't applied by 12 noon bbb and ************ gaming commissions will be forwarded all emails, 15x bonus checker has been broken since last week,I can't even check my bonus progress
