    My experience with Teikametrics has been deeply disappointing, resulting in a financial loss of $5,723.43 for my business Hydr8 Organics. The primary issue was the inadequate support during the onboarding process. After signing up my Teikametrics representative went on vacation, leaving me without guidance when I needed help the most. By the time she returned, I had lost interest in their services, which rendered the entire onboarding experience ************** a small Black-owned business, I expected dedicated assistance to understand and navigate the platform and maximize its potential benefits, For me every dollar matters which is why I wanted to choose carefully. However, the absence of support created frustration, as I struggled to get answers to my questions. This lack of communication during such a crucial time was disheartening and prevented me from making informed decisions about the services.Moreover, I encountered significant issues with their cancellation and billing policies. Although I was initially informed about the terms and conditions, the absence of my representative meant I had no one to clarify my doubts or assist with the cancellation process. After making my payment, I faced ongoing requests for additional funds despite reminding them I was due a refund that I never received. Unexpected charges appeared after I attempted to cancel my services, further exacerbating my financial strain.The overall experience highlighted the critical need for transparent communication and reliable support. To improve, Teikametrics should ensure that every client has access to dedicated assistance throughout the onboarding period and beyond, even if individual representatives are unavailable. Providing clear information on billing and cancellation policies is essential to build trust and satisfaction among users. Enhancing support and communication would significantly benefit future clients and help prevent the issues I faced.
