    Wonderful commitment to service! My 5 year old MacBook Air would not connect to my new Canon printer. **** spent 4-5 hours patiently finding a way to remotely access my computer and look for evidence of virus infection or other problems. He felt the problem was solved, but needed time for the connections/computer to reset and suggested waiting overnight. Next day the problem was not resolved. This time I spoke to ************ who also had extraordinary patience and kindness. Got the printer to work via wifi and told me not to try the cable again. Worked great for 2 months till I forgot and used the cable (head slap!). ************ answered the call this time and got that problem fixed and installed the new Norton application for me. I give this company super-high ratings. Outstanding effort and patience. Worth every *****.

    *** provided excellent service. He noticed I did not have firewall protection. I purchased a one year of service. Have asked that I be reminded when service is about to expire so I can make the necessary changes. He also ran a complete scan of my computer with a positive outcome. He also reminded me if I get any emails etc. do call first before I take an action.I was made aware of the many hackers whom try to take advantage. In summary I am extremely happy with the service *** continuously provides.
