    **** and ******* explained the answers to my questions and renewed my service contract so I am protected by ****** for three years with 1 year tech support, renewable for $10.00. I will call to renew tech support. Thank you

    I was very harsh and was in error to blame all around fix because I canceled my subscription and did not get the money back in my checking account however I later found out after a couple months that it was my bank's oversight as I had changed my debit card to a new one and it just got by my bank so I would like to make sincere apologies to the workers of all round fix

    I received an email that said thank you for your renewaland it said if you didnt authorize it to call the phone number. It looked as if the email was from McAfee. I looked up McAfee number on ******* and called the first phone number on the list. The person answered the phone didnt introduce himself which was unusual. He seemed very nice and knowledgeable, so I took his suggestion to let him install the security protection on my laptop. He took control of my laptop for around 20 minutes, and also he said he needed to get into my iPad and iPhone. I still thought he was from mcAfee until he told me the receipt will show Allroundfix LLC, not McAfee. but the security protection he installed looks just like ******. I had the real McAfee install the McAfee protection, and had to pay to have my laptop wiped clean.

    I was having trouble installing McAfee on my new computer, so I contacted customer service. The representative was very knowledgeable and helped me walk through the installation process step-by-step.
