1 starI wouldn't have given Wayfair any stars if I could help it. I ordered a beach chair with enough time for it to get delivered to for my trip this weekend. Wayfair delivered it to the incorrect address and even stated it was their fault. I requested a replacement item to be sent ASAP due to the inconvenience and Wayfair making a mistake. Wayfair said I had to wait 3-4 days "to see if the package shows up" before they are able to provide any assistance. I live in a major city and the package will mostly never turn up. Wayfair admitted it was their fault but their customer service was incredibly unhelpful and underwhelming. Such a disappointment.Wayfair, LLC

1 starOrdered an adjustable split king bed and two 10" mattresses. **************** is horrible. Wanted to support Canadian instead of ******. Ordered the bed and mattresses that hadn't yet arrived and within 6 days of the actual ordering a sale went on and asked for credit so we can purchase more items. Wayfair said no. Wow. Asked for the small price difference to add to a future purchase and nope, they don't seem to want more purchases. Guess ****** it is. They at least will honour the sale difference and so does Temu in credit for futures purchaseespecially with 6 days. Even Canadian Tire. So much for Wayfair not supporting the Canadian people. 2 starsMy review is regarding the ******* ****** 6 - Person Patio Conversation Sets with Cushions, Coffee Table and 44" Fire Pit I purchased last week. Wayfair sent me a price drop alert email on July 27, 2025. When I clicked the link, the price for the same patio set had dropped over $200. I contacted customer service and the agent stated the following: At Wayfair, we do not offer price adjustments for internal price drops. Our prices are determined by various factors, and while they can fluctuate, we always aim to offer the best possible price at any given time. For this reason, I give Wayfair two stars due to poor customer service.Wayfair, LLC

1 starWorst experience ever! My package said delivered, and it was delivered to the wrong location. They stated according to coordinates it was correct. If you look at the ***** photos, you can clearly see that the delivery locations are completely different. Now they want me to go through the process of submitting a police report and then waiting again after already waiting a week prior for a resolution. Im 8 months pregnant and on bed rest.Wayfair, LLC

1 starWAYFAIR is a scam!!!! I ordered a sectional couch and they apparently sent in 2 separate shipments. I never received box #2. I called WAYFAIR and was advised the box got lost in transit. They stated I would be getting a refund and to discard of the box I did receive. I did as they advised trusting they would send me my refund and this is already week 2 and no refund no couch!!! I have called 4 times and no resolution. The last Time I called them they advised me a supervisor would be calling me and to the day no call!! They stole my money!!!Wayfair, LLC

5 stars**************** is so important. ********* C is great. She helped me with a complicated return. She explained all the steps of the process and went the extra mile. She was incredibly professional and kind. Additionally, her help put me in a much more positive mood (I had had a rough day). 1 starMy review is specifically about the Wayfair fraud department process and the lack of follow-up to the *********** order, 4/20/25, was stolen from my front porch 20 minutes after being delivered. I reported this to Wayfair via phone on 4/20/25 and redirected the next package to a pickup location. I was unable to file the report and was told to call back in three days. I called back in three days, and they also said I DID not need to complete a police report and they would send a replacement. They never sent a replacement. I used the chat option to request a replacement again on 5/29/25, and they said I needed a police report. I completed this and submitted the report on 6/2/25, along with a video of the theft from 4/23/25. The auto reply claimed I would hear back in two weeks. I emailed them for a follow-up on 6/9/25, 6/30/25, both with no response. I emailed them again on 7/17/25 and called. As of this writing, I have just been on the phone with Wayfair for 43 minutes while the operator tried to complete a refund. I was told it should post in 2-3 days. I hope this is the end of the conversation.The Leadership of the fraud department needs to evaluate and audit the process. It doesn't work.Review fromSarah M

1 starI purchased a $700 bench from them, it arrived broken. After circling through their customer service portal and not getting responses for 4 weeks, I finally had success with a text messaging customer service. Where they offered to replace the damage parts of the bench so long as I returned the damaged parts. The bench is too big to fit in my car and I had thrown out the box. They then suggested that I use the box the new part was going to come in to send back the broken piece. Again this piece was too big to fit in my car (hence why i ORDERED a bench and didn't buy one locally) They offered no solutions to having someone come get the bench and or pay for me to get a uhaul or something to address the issue. Therefore I'm left with a $700 problem rather than a solution. The bench is unuseable and therefore i just paid $700 for NOTHING. Wayfairs customer service has never been this terrible when I've used them in the past. This is just unacceptable.Review fromKM H

1 starI ordered a table and chairs from Wayfair for my patio to enjoy this summer. The chairs came, but were of such poor quality that they started to come apart after light use. Upon checking the item online to leave a review, I saw a notice that this item could not be refunded or returned. My call to customer service was cut off after I sent photos of the chairs. Meanwhile, I waited a good four weeks for the table before calling Wayfair to find out what was wrong. They told me it had been damaged and that I had to cancel the order and then order a new one. The *** told me she understood I must be frustrated and said in no uncertain terms that I would receive the ***lacement by June 26. By July 2 I still had no table. I contacted Wayfair again and they told me that the item had not shipped yet. I asked if they could expedite shipping, as I was planning an event and had been promised the table by June 26. The *** told me that a) it is not Wayfairs policy to give specific delivery dates, and b) there is no way on earth they could contact the shipper to speed up shipping. If Wayfair is not supposed to give delivery dates, then sappy did the first *** give me such a specific date? What kind of company cannot contact its delivery people? The *** also told me that they could give me a $75 discount. I said I didnt want a discount, I wanted my table, the *** told me she understood how frustrated I must me. I said that was nice of her but it didnt change anything. The chat ended with no resolution, but then almost immediately I received an email informing me that my table had been damaged and the order was being cancelled, and that I was being refunded. So fishy! I felt as if Id been gaslit and wonder if they really ever had that table at all. After missing out on enjoying my patio for all of June and half of July, I finally received a table from another company. I dont know what had happened to Wayfair, but it seems not to be a reliable company any more.Review fromEllen M

1 starNever have I dealt with a company who is so proficient at misleading the customer. I bought several ceiling fans with led lights and remote control. I paid $200 a piece. Well, turns out that when the lights go bad, you have to throw out the ceiling fan. They do not have the proper led lighting to install in the fans. (Even though installation would be a breeze because all you need to do it plugging in a new light kit.) They DO NOT warn the customer that they will not replace the light kit.They also accepted an online return for a couch that was below any quality standard. subsequently, they canceled the return. I tried returning 3 times and all 3 times they canceled the return.Stay away from this company. They are overpriced, subpar and they willingly mislead the ***************************** : Please explain why you give an A+ rating to a company that is not even accredited with you? This helps companies to mislead their customers. They can now say they have a great rating, when the truth is that they are not rated/accredited at all. Please find another way to designate them at not accredited. For instance, by giving them the separate rating of NA. (not accredited)
