I have been trying for more than 6 months to cancel a subscription with Total AdBlock. Their website does not make it easy to cancel. I realized I was being billed $14.99/mo several months ago via my ****** account charged to my debit card and tried to cancel. I thought that was taken care of, but I see that I have been again since January. I have tried to cancel the service, but I am not technically astute and must have inadvertently asked for the service some time ago. There does not seem to be any end to this billing. I don't want the service it is not turned on - on any of my laptops, desktops or phones. I don't know how else to proceed. ****** tells me to go to their website and their website provides the most complicated instructions, to insure that you can't cancel. PLEASE HELP!!!!! I am 79 years old and on a fixed income. Thank you.

I have reviewed your complaint and it's entirety and want to explain to you that you have had 3 active Total Adblock accounts actively running, which is why you were noticing multiple charges. Please be advised that all 3 of these accounts have now been fully cancelled, and you will no longer be charged for the service.
I have refunded the most recent charge of $14.99 to your ****** account, unfortunately, all other payments taken fall outside of our money back guarantee period. But rest assured, you will not be charged again.

I originally signed up with this program on a trial basis. I ended up never using it and canceling it. I had initially paid through ***** Pay but noticed that my credit card was being charged separately also for the same service. I canceled the ***** Pay payment and attempted to cancel with the company. However, they are continuing to charge me every month for a service that I do not use have not used and will not use.

Friday, May 30, 2025 $9.95. This has been happening every month since November 2024. I didn't sign up for this service. They have my banking info, even though my card number has been changed several times because of these transactions.

********* my subscription in 2023. They continue to charge my credit card every year 2024 and 2025 for $159.00.They apparently do this to people all the time. The internet is full of complaints on these automatic renewals from **************************** how many people don't even check the card statement. These people as crooked as they come.

I dont have an account. Last year I ordered their antivirus they was running a promotion they took that money and more out of my account. Its been so long. I was shocked that they went back and took money again from me. They only took 10, because of them I had stop putting but a small amount of money on my chime card. I am livid. I havent heard from them since last year. They are crooks!!!

I started but never completed the process of signing up for one product. I called them and told them it was a mistake and to cancel any charges made on my account. They agreed to do this but it was never done and there have been subsequent charges made to my credit card. 4/28/25 for $19.00. 5/12, $38.98 and $19.00, 5/19 $38.96. I would like all of this money refunded and no subsequent charges made to my credit card.

This company is stating that I ordered anti virus on 5/2/2025. I did not order anything of the such. They are charging a ***** cancellation fee . This is outrageous, they credit the charge of 9.99 and turn around chrg *****. they also have very poor customer service

I have been trying to resolve this matter since September 2024. I subscribed for antivirus software and paid $39 for a year. Didn't get the software. I placed a call spoke with a representative that stated I would get refund 3-5 days. On May 25, 2025 charged $39 and $19.99. Called and the telephone number no longer in service. I sent an email for refund of $100.00 for all charges have not received a response. Please help me to get my money back. I am sick and disabled on a fixed income so I really need my money. Still have not received software and I don't want it as well as any conversation with this company. IT IS A SCAM!!

On June 2nd 2025, I contacted this company to cancel my subscription at which time I had to open a bit coin account, they wanted a picture of my drivers license and a selfie. I don't understand why any company would need that just to cancel a $9.95 subscription.
