    Like others have shared, this company is practicing illegal activities to scam people out of money. They are violating the No Surprise Billing act which made it illegal to bill insured patients in full for emergency services, even if out of network. They tried to bill me in full multiple times (even threatened collections) for a service my insurance company had already adjusted.

    Similar experience to others. LogixHealth continues to bill us for payment on a claim that our insurance company already paid. Every time we receive a bill we call them and explain the situation, which usually results in them trying to re-bill the insurance company. Then we get the same bill months later because the insurance company has already paid them, so not going to pay them twice.The latest bill has a threat that they are going to turn it over to collections. We are already paid up, so I guess we will have to see if they stupidly do this, or if they can finally get this resolved on their end.Can't get any help from BBB because this is over 365 days and they are hiding behind HIPPA.

    They are scammers and unprofessional. Poor and vague communication. Even with payments made on my account , they would still send my account to collection with a prior notice.
