We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Substitution Policy

For all regular items from our catalog: we are able cancel your order anytime as long as your order is not yet procured for shipment.
Custom orders can not be canceled if the items were already sourced from our distributor.
