  I ordered two Byrna guns in May 2021. The first gun I returned because after inspection I deemed it unreliable. They refunded my money on the first gun. The second gun fired alright the first time used. When I got done there was a CS projectile stuck in the mag and the projectile release lever wasn't functioning. The magazine was therefore inoperable. I sent the gun back to be repaired and when it was returned it was still defective. I then contacted them again and they replied that it was in working condition and the guy that "repaired" the gun tested it and it was in working order I bought this for my mom for protection while I'm gone on deployments. I told them I am a ************* Army Infantryman and I know how weapons are supposed to operate. I wanted a refund but they were unwilling to do so. I just returned from deployment in November and decided to write this so others would know how this company operates.

  The Byrna launchers do not operate the same way that a firearm does. The customer was confused by the orange follower in the magazine. The customer thought this meant that this was a CS round stuck in the magazine. The orange follower is what pushes the projectiles into the launcher and is not made to come out. Pressing the magazine release lever will not allow it to come out and this is why the customer thought the magazine release lever was not working. The launcher and magazines were tested thoroughly and passed all of our function tests. We do stand behind our products and will always do everything we can to make sure the customer has a working launcher if there is an issue. We are not able to issue a refund on a perfectly functioning launcher.

  ***** was very helpful with answering all my questions and concerns with my new Launcher SD. As someone who deals with customer service and tech services due to the nature of my business, Byrna support was quick to get a live person onto the Live Chat on their site. ***** read and responded quickly to all questions, whether general or technical.The only problem I have is that the Eco-kenetic projectiles, although priced well, are not accurate. My goal in target practice is proficiency, not easy clean up. I would not recommend these projectiles for pistol practice unless price is an issue. They are probably great for the long launchers.

  ********* was a ture pleasure to speak with, real customer service talking to a human being not a computer.Unlike those silly chat lines and everything else where it's very impersonal. Through talking with her I was able to ask more questions and I actually purchased more products than I originally called for. Marketing professionals seem to think it's awesome to talk to a computer or chat line but they're sadly mistaken. Marketing has forgotten that their whole deal is to sell products not to just put their job off on a computer.Again thank you very much ********* for your time, your patience, and your ability to know the product and teach me and inform me about the product and let me make my own decisions on what I wanted to purchase and everything else through your knowledge. That means a lot in customer service, and you please keep it up.A very satisfied customer and I will purchase more through ********* very soon.

  i have bought several launchers and the Mission 4 rifle launcher, they are all fantastic! they shoot well, super reliable, and it's so comforting to have a non-lethal option that is so effective!   **************** was AMAZING! I normally never leave reviews but I felt so cared for by the Byrna team that it truly made me love the company in a new way. They were super nice, easy going, and friendly. Even had a great laugh with one of the reps named *************** Best customer service I've ever had.

  Byrna is the best option to help defend yourself loved ones and for your go bag ! I own 3 byrnas bought 2 for family members , the byrna sd .rugged , reliable, can travel state to state , take on air planes , I keep one in my go bag for travel and honestly I even take it into hospital concealed in my go bag because its not a firearm, at first I was hesitant , so I did some test dumped in bucket water fired without a issue , tried to crush it with 800 lbs no scrapes cracked parts still works like new , I had to use mine when a drunk person one night stuck his head in my car and attempted to open door I pointed it at put laser on never had to fire a shot stayed in car face aggressive Commands ,GET DOWN ON THE GROUND NOW! LAY DOWN SPREAD YOUR ARMS OUT ! DONT MOVE! He complied quik I drove off safely and he was unharmed and traffic also stopped a block away , are these launchers highly effective yes they are ! There so effective I showed a police officer it and first thing he said was wow that looks real ! Buy yourself one and your loves ones because these are perfect for ******** a threat , and also home and self defense . Well worth the money , like they say in the military 2 is 1 , buy 2 for yourself in case you need a backup you will always have one , Byrna is the best thing on market today .It just might save your life and your loved ones life ! Byrna gets a A+++++ from me awsome customer service awsome life saving technology and overall the future of self defense also wanna add if your a felon you can legally own one because its not a firearm ! Buy one today you wont regret it
