  they will not refund you even after following their RMA, they go silent once you spend your own money to mail their defective product and will fight you when you dispute the transaction with your credit card company. THEY WILL EVEN CHARGE YOUR CARD AGAIN EVEN AFTER YOUR BANK CREDITS YOU!!!!!

  I placed my order on 6/13/24. I called the customer service number the first week in July to cancel my order since I NEVER received it. My product arrived 7/19/24. I opened the product to find it with NO instructions and it will not power on. I called the customer service number again on 7/20/24 and They NEVER answered my call. I stayed on the phone waiting for over 5 minutes to only wait another 4 minutes and then the line went dead! I've requested a full refund via email and I did get a reply via email stating I cannot get a full refund but must pay all return shipping and 15% restocking fee. Restock a defective product? Terrible company scamming for terrible products that do not work and they do not honor their own return policies. Obviously online retail fraud!

  Horrible company. I bought the Wi-Fi camera by mistake from their website intending to buy the 4g. I was told that if I had bought it through a direct phone call they may have been able to help me. Seriously why have a website if you dont intend people to order from it. The Wi-Fi camera ****** that with the double antennas that it will reach 300ft from the modem. So we measured the distance to where it was going which was under the 300 ft so we tried to install it anyway. It died at less than 75ft. They told me I would get my money back if I returned the camera but would provide no return label. It cost ***** to send it back then they kept 15% as a restock fee. So it cost over ****** for a camera that didnt do what they claim it does. Do not buy from these people they are crooks.

  I purchased this product after I was led to believe it was an action cam including POV skiing. The camera is not designed to function at 30 degrees Fahrenheit. Every time I tried to use it it simply stopped working. The only place it seemed to function was from the comfort of my own living room. Hardly an action cam! Their return policy is 30 days, simply not enough time to test a product. I was told that their return policy was strictly adhered to and it simply didn't matter to them that I was not a satisfied customer. Like the other reviews, my opinion is to simply to stay away from this company. Did I mention that although based in ******, the actual products are manufactured in *****. Yes, this does further sour my disposition regarding purchasing products not made in ***. Just sayin...
