  I bought a car on April 8th this year. Nex day I took it to the Ameriwash car wash on Cypress right around the corner. They damaged the front bumper. Seen the manager and haven't heard anything from them. Went thro the process of getting the auto insurance I do business with to pay for the damages. Finally got the car in the shop and the owner of the body shop told me that the car's front bumper was not painted and that they would get the parts. Next, I found out that there was damage under the hood to several major components. Went back to Car Sone and seen Rick, the owner. He offered to pay for the damages being fixed but it would be a garage that has no certified mechanics or workmen. I had to pay for that gang of repairs out of pocket to the tune of 1700.00. Bc The garage was not accredited. Before all this happened, I didn't have a spare. Chris and Rick tried to convince me that this car did not have a spare from the factory. Well, some didn't have but mine was missing it's spare. They could not get me one so I got one for 70 bucks locally and had it in car in 20 minutes. Now that I have my car back, I have yet to receive My state License plate. A side note, all the while when my car was in the shop, I had to pay out of pocket for a rental. Which these owners will not reimburse me for. BTW, I dropped over half of the car's list price as a down. And another strike is Do they always treat Veterans like this ? They are less than reputable.

  I as well went thru the same thing ******* * went through I purchased a car from **** and he forged that I put down 3200 when I actually put down 1100 m told them I’d bring the rest in and had full intentions of doing so but it wasn’t 6 hr later I had my child in the vehicle with me n it blew up literally head gasket and piston left the chat I told them they took it to a shop fixed it as good or I thought I literally went to drive it there to bring them the money n bam once again same thing blown I took it back to mechanic like they said n he told me they dropped my warranty he could no longer see it in the system n was just as confused as me n went to tell me tht he suspected them of being shady n had requested tht he do a fast and half *** job he said n the ordered a motor that had over 260000 miles bc it was cheaper route when in warranty it says must be equivalent miles or less when replacing so again very shady they refused to fix it but promised to cancel contract keep in mind car is at mechanic not in my possession this whole time they tell me they will have a contract up n mail to me tht I was not allowed on there lot anymore to go in person to sign of course ??????? and time goes by 3 months I believe and I’m left with a text saying I still own the car and I m behind so I was in the end stuck with a crappy car and bad credit score bc I had a car I didn’t not know that i owned anymore I would really appreciate the bbb to take atleast 5 min 5 min to look into the many shady businesses ***** ****** owns and notice and very similar routine in bad business ethics and morals and I would hope that you take his license to sell vehicles because he is indeeed a very shitty business man when I approach him with the matter he laughed and smirked and told me his pockets were deeper than mine to try if I wanted to but sadly for him he don’t know I had my phone on record the whole time so I have that as well

  They sold me a car that was broken or wasn't showing signs of being broken and didn't tell me it needed a new head gasket waited until I left the lot The next day when I found out my car was overheating they were like well here just send it to our mechanic The mechanic didn't fix it but told them that he did a few weeks later car breaks down and cannot start anymore goes back to the mechanic and has been there for 16 days and still no news

  I recently purchased a 2020 Nissan Maxima it was nothing of what the description said I wasn’t pleased with the car and I returned the car to them after a second time going to Louisiana and they refused to talk or return my money. I paid a hefty price for the car and couldn’t even
  enjoy the car I chose to drive. With the nonchalant attitude, not knowing how to talk to me as a customer to resolve the issue I just prefer my money back so that I can get better service and a vehicle worth the money I invested. They are severely rude.
