      I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from Posigen for my solar panel installation, which was delayed from 2019 to 2024 due to subpar work and permitting issues. I was misled about the system's functionality, charged for non-functional panels, and ultimately decided to remove the panels due to poor service. I request that Posigen complete the removal by taking out the remaining metal spikes from my roof.

      BUYER BEWARE!!! This company has misleading, deceptive and manipulative sales practices, with agents that willingly and fraudulently misrepresent the capabilities of their panels and the company has no accountability for the fraudulently business practices of their sales representatives. They claim your energy bill would be drastically reduced to the point your power company may be paying you for the use of the extra energy when in actuality they don't produce the energy they claim. They claim it's a back up power source when you actually need a $10,000 battery that they don't offer for that feature to work. You actually pay more for the lease than you actual save on your bill. When you factor the small reduction and the cost of the lease, it adds up to be about what you were already spending. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these scam artist.

      Nothing but liars and scammers lied about my electricity bill going down 180$ its just went up no monthly payments 100$ extra a month said the government will pay for them you dont pay a dime.

      If this wasn’t a scam, I don’t know what is. Was way oversold on panels and never once did our sale rep mention the word lease. In fact, he only talked about the $191 a month with annual increases of 2.7%. That equals $90k on a lease for solar panels over 25 years. And the warranty is a joke “we can’t immediately respond to warranty claims” and you will absolutely NOT get what you pay for which is very clearly protected in the fine print. which is why I immediately sent in my notice of cancellation. Only to have it returned by FedEx because it was non-deliverable, to the address provided in the PosiGen lease paperwork. Scam scam scam. Then when the sales rep was informed he was rude and accused me of making up info and researching the wrong company. Ah, yes, I’m the one in the wrong. Thankfully I do read the fine print - something I told the sales guy which did make him pause and inhale a bit. Now I know why.

      PosiGen made switching to solar so easy! No credit check, no upfront costs, and they even improved my homes energy efficiency before installing the panels. Their team was professional, and the process was smooth from start to finish. Ive noticed real savings on my electric bill, and the best part is they include maintenance and monitoring, so I dont have to worry about a thing. If youre looking for affordable solar with great service, I highly recommend PosiGen!

      I took over a lease when i purchased my home from previous owner. It's been almost a year now and Posigen still can't figure out following two issues:1. Login ID remains that was set by previous owner. It took me 5 months to get this set up with atleast my email ID. But can't change login ID.2. WORST...i can't see my data populating in my portal for generation and utilization. Have made NUMEROUS calls and E-mails but no solution. All the time i hear, they can see the data and someone (IT, production, project ***** is working on resolving issue but can't get past this. There is no way to escalate within Posigen. Feel like stuck with it. My next step will be to SUE them...it's clear consumer service breach.

      I do not recommend signing a lease with PosiGen. The lease is structured to give them at least 95% of the returns. You as a home owner take all the risk. If you need a roof repair or need to replace the roof in the 25 year lease period you will have to pay them to remove and reinstall the entire solar array. If the production is reduced by growing trees for example you will pay for the loss in production or the trimming/removal of the trees.

      March or April of 2022, employees of Posigen inadvertently removed the solar energy panels from the roof of my residence around. They were supposed to remove the solar energy panels from the roof of the house next door (with the blue tarps nd holes in the roof). In the process of removing the solar energy panels they damaged her roof when they pulled the lug nuts out of my roof. These facts are not in dispute. I have communicated with this company ever since about getting my roof replaced. There was an agreement reached in 2024 to replace the shingles, the felt and the damaged decking. The roofing company that they sent replaced the shingles but NOT the felt NOR the decking with the obvious holes. There are now soft spots in my roof where the decking has deteriorated, my ceiling is coming down, black mold is spreading in my bathrooms living room and garage.I have an estimate from a roofer to properly repair my roof. Since the company they sent to repair my roof did not replace the felt or decking water intruded into my attic and has damaged the sheet rock, insulation and paint throughout my house. This will need to be repaired and my possessions will need to be moved into storage while the repairs are being ************ NOT RECOMMEND this company! I am not the only one. The others will be reporting also as they should not do this to people!!

      I purchased a home that already had the Posigen solar panels installed on the roof. I had several issues setting up payments which turned out to be caused by the fact that the company still had the previous owner's name on the account despite the fact that I had the completed lease transfer ahead of the closing. I have communicated with at least five people who have assured me that my account is up to date and that I would receive an email with instructions on creating an account. After each call and every failure to receive promised information, I spoke to someone else who told me the same thing - that my account was up to date and I would receive an email - but I still haven't received an email with instructions for creating an account and i purchased the home over a month ago. Just last week, when I attempted to "login as a guest" and entered the account number, the previous home owner's name was STILL listed - not mine. I sent communication indicating my desire to sever the contract and remove the panels because i will not continue to do business this way and have not heard back. I would never recommend this company and wish I had required that the previous owners remove the panels.
