PLEASE READ ENTIRE REVIEW ITS ALOT OF BS!!!Absolutely the worst possible customer service Ive ever dealt with. Ive been calling every week for the past 6 weeks to get a technician out to my house to diagnose the system. I was informed today that there is a 6-8 week time frame to get a technician scheduled. Least they couldve done was let me know that when I first called. Will definitely not be recommending. Ive had this system for almost a year and never received any information for monitoring. So Im unaware if they ever work, especially since the installed used equipment they pull off another address. I was told that this system was going to more than enough for my house with all appliances. After doing my research this system is only able to supply 15 amps. A microwave pulls right at 15 amps. Completely incapable of sizing a solar system correctly for the house and appliances. Ive recommended Posigen to 2 people since mine was installed, one of them is dealing with the same issues and no urgency whatsoever from the company. I never received my referral bonus. The other never had anyone contact them.They do nothing but take advantage of everyone they possibly can and will continue to do itPosiGen, Inc.

This company is a bunch of crooks. In your contract, you are supposed to get access to a monitoring app. That is an all out lie. They never provided it. I have asked multiple times and have been ignored. **** has stopped giving me credits and my sales *** told me that they are working on it and that they would get me the app. Nothing. I have asked multiple times for the reference number with PECO and the app and have been ignored. Today I texted again with no response. I am getting ready to contact a lawyer to talk about my options. I want answers NOW.PosiGen, Inc.

I have had their panels on my roof since January. After 4 months of calling I finally got access to their website where I am supposed to be able to review the panels' output, how much I am saving, etc. The website has had a banner acrooss the top stating "This is a beta version of PosiGen’s Customer Portal, which is still undergoing final testing before its final release. Please report any bugs or data errors to xxxxxxxxxxx.com". I have sent numerous emails to that email address and have yet to at least get a courtesy reply acknowledging receipt of the email. I have called them repeatedly and have gotten no results. They claim the website is not theirs and they can only send an email to them. Still no response. Their website also list my account manager, but he doesn't even work their. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They get my money every month but I get nothing in return.

1 starOne of the Worst Companies *** Ever Dealt With Posigen is hands down one of the worst-run companies *** ever encountered. I highly discourage anyone from working with them. Their customer service is absolutely atrocious.I originally called to have my solar panels removed as Im selling my home. I submitted payment and waited three weeks to get scheduled, but never heard anything back. When I followed up, I discovered that they had never even sent my file to the scheduling departmentthree weeks wasted. They finally sent the file, and I was scheduled for September 2nd, which turned out to be Labor Day. Naturally, no crews showed up to remove the panels. Now, Im being told the next available date is October 10ththree months from when I originally tried to get it ************ make matters worse, Ive been waiting to replace the entire roof, which was damaged in a storm. As we wait for the panels to be removed so the roof can be replaced, additional interior damage is occurring. Posigen takes 1-2 days to call you back and makes zero attempts to rectify the situation caused by their numerous mistakes. This has honestly been one of the worst customer experiences Ive ever had. I have had this company stand me and my family up by promising to come out and then not show up. We were told the person was on their way and no one called or showed up. I called the company and they could not even get in touch, supposedly, to the person that was scheduled to come out. We waited all day and waisted our time. This also happened about two years ago. The person that scheduled the appointment, ******, knew about us because of the complaint to them two years ago and insured me this would not happen again. We are a white and mixed family. I am starting to believe this company is racist. I do not say that lightly or have ever said that about another company before, but their depictions of black people are the only ones in their advertisement and when I called them, about four times, I could not even get a manager to call us back. I think others should be aware of this company. I am looking for an apology from them for wasting our time. Sincerely, ******* ******PosiGen, Inc.

Horrible customer service can not get anyone to call back. Over 9 months and still service is not active. Promises not kept, and after being patient and calling over 6 x. Im officially at the end of my rope. There is no way I would recommend posigen to anyone, not even someone I dislike, no one should be treated the way we have been. Giving 1 star because I have to give at least 1PosiGen, Inc.

5 starsPosigen has been a great change of electrical source for me. Nothing really changes except your overall monthly costs which is a blessing these days and age. They live up to what they sold you on and are very accommodating and helpful. Good company and I am not sorry I made the change. Not only for me but for the environment.
