  I contacted Posigen to have my solar panels removed due to storm damage. I was informed that I had to pay $2,100 up front before removing. The invoice was set up with PayPal and it took 7 days due to a pending status. Now I have to wait a week before someone from Posigen called to set up a date. Possibly another week or so before they actually come out for removal. This is unacceptable because I am looking at probably the end of the month or the beginning of September just to get the panels removed. I believe it is all about the money for them and not customer service.

  Service or lack there of is nonexistent.Got a message from Elighten, who send me monthly reports on the production of my system on 10/6/21 about a system production issue. Contacted Posigen about report at least 8 times and was told that they were sending a technician out to assess the problem. As of this time I have not seen a technician and Im still getting reports about my systems problem. I also foolishly contacted them about information on backup batteries for my system and was told in November that their people were in training and they would contact me after the holidays. My bad I didnt ask them what holiday and what year. As I stated earlier, I still have not heard back from them on either situation. I regret not doing more research prior to hiring PosiGen.

  My opinion about Posigon is not good . Posigon installed a solar panel system to our neighbors home some of there employees damaged my vehicle and then came and rang my bell to have me move my car a fence is present to separate the properties but the Posigon installers decided to put there ladder over the fence scratched my vehicle and put a hole in the roof I have footage where it occurred I’ve provided several Posigon employees with the pictures this has now been a total of 6 or 7 weeks now I’ve spoken to a multitude of people none are able to give me authorization to get my vehicle fixed and a rental car the body shop is saying 10 days I have no use for a company that has no respect for others PROPERTY whether installation or repair and they have no respect they don’t have a Dept set up to settle claims SO IF YOUR NEIGHBORS PROPERTY IS DAMAGED BY POSIGON GUESS WHO HAS A CHANCE ON GETTING SUED YOU BECAUSE YOU HIRED THEM AND ANY COMPANY YOU BRING ON TO YOUR PROPERTY AND THEY DAMAGE ANOTHER PROPERTY YOU’RE RESPONSIBLE.so please check for accident claims before hiring Posigon there GARBAGE.
