    Mark Dodge does not sell vehicles for their advertised price. The "Mark Dodge price" includes rebates that customers do not qualify for. Blatant false advertising. Complaint also filed with States Attorney General.

    Mark Dodge firmly denies Mr. **** *****s claim of false advertising.

    At the
    start of each month, our website, along with those of all other dealers,
    undergoes a reset. During this period, rebates, incentives, and discounts
    are updated. This process can take several days to complete. These
    incentives are provided by a third-party vendor to our website provider,
    and unfortunately, errors in amounts or display can occur when new
    incentives are introduced.

    We
    include the following disclaimer on our website: "While we make every
    effort to ensure the data listed here is accurate, there may be instances
    where factory rebates, incentives, options, or vehicle features are listed
    incorrectly, as we source data from multiple providers. PLEASE CONFIRM the
    details of this vehicle (including any factory rebates you may qualify
    for) with the dealer to ensure accuracy. The dealer is not liable for data
    listed incorrectly."

    Mr.
    **** did not meet the qualification criteria for the $1,500 incentive,
    which required the customer to currently own a Chevrolet, GMC, or Ford
    vehicle. This was explained to Mr. ****, who was dissatisfied with the
    clarification. Despite multiple attempts by our team, including myself, to
    resolve the issue, Mr. **** did not return any our calls.

    We have
    successfully sold over 14 Ram 1500s at the advertised price Mr. ****   references. We have consistently honored our advertised pricing. ***** ********* General Sales mgr

    I took my 2008 town and country to mark dodge to get a quote to replace a win unit that had been recalled in Canada but not in the states. They wanted 1,700 to replace. Logically it would take two hours to replace. A tech should charge about 500 tops for the job and the part was about 500. So 1,000 would be the top price. I could actually buy the part at Mopar and replace it myself, but, and this is a big but. Mark Dodge has the code to activate the part. Mopar or anyone else cannot get the code except through dodge. So this is a racket I'd say. But Mark Dodge is our local guy so I'm blaming this on this corporation. Do not buy from Mark Dodge as these guys will rob you blind on repairs. So sad as the service department has really nice people there. Cannot trust the corporation.

    I BEEN DEALING WITH MARK DODGE SERVICE DEPARTMENT MY ADVISOR IS ****** ******* I BROUGHT MY 2017 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN 07-7-23 DUE TO THE VAN LEAKING OIL AND I TOLD THEM THAT WE THOUGHT IT WAS THE TRANSMISSION BUT THEY INSISTED THAT IT WAS THE SEAL AND GASKETS AND THEY FIXED THAT AND AFTER 2 DAYS THE VAN BROKE DOWN AGAIN AND THEY PAID TO GET THE VAN TOWED BACK INTO THE SHOP ON THE 7-10-23 AND LATER TOLD US THAT ITS WAS THE TRANSMISSION AND SO HE TOLD ME THAT WE NEED A TRANSMISSION WHICH COSTED $5929.04 AND WE GOT THE VAN BACK ON 7-21-23 AND ON 7-24-23 WHICH DODGE WAS CLOSED AT THE TIME SO WE PAID TO GET THE VAN TOWED BACK TO DODGE ON 7-24-23 IN WHICH WE WERE INFORMED THAT IT WAS A BAD TRANSMISSION WHICH I ASKED HIM WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TOW FEE OF $408.63 AND ****** GAVE ME A NUMBER TO CALL AND THEY TOLD ME THAT I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT TIL AFTER THE VAN WAS REPAIRED ON 8-2-23 SO I THEN EMAILED THEM A DETAILED LETTER LETTING THEM KNOW EVERYTHING I HAD BEEN GOING THROUGH WITH DOCUMENTS. ON 8-11-23 I RECEIVED A LETTER STATING THAT MY CLAIM WAS DENIED AND IM TRULY UPSET I PUT OUT SO MUCH MONEY ON GETTING MY BUSINESS VAN REPAIRED AND THIS PROBLEM WAS ON US ITS ON THE COMPANY AND AT LEAST WANT TO BE REIMBURSEMENT BECAUSE VAN WAS NOT COVERED FOR ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE WHICH I ALREADY KNOW THAT BUT SINCE THEY PURCHASE A BAD TRANSMISSION THAT LEFT MY DRIVER ON THE SIDE OF ROAD FOR HOURS THINKING THAT MY VAN WAS FIXED.

    completely unprofessional and rude to boot. I am currently dealing with themis business. My truck went in because I threw a rod and it's under warranty sp of course my first thought was send it to the dealership, well the warranty approved the repair, but not some of the additional parts needed to complete the job. I understand that 100 percent , I was told I needed to come up with 2200 dollars on top of the 8800 my warranty provided on a new long block $4500 from the invoice they provided me. plus labor of course which I'm not sure what they charged per hour but the average is $125/hrs. Of course I went and purchased all the parts myself for the total of $500 and some odd change. I send the parts up to the dealership and they contact me telling me that they will look over the parts and get back with me, the following day I recieve an email saying that with my $100 deductible I will still have a bill of $550 so of course I ask for an invoice or something explaining where these charges are coming from and explain that I really don't have extra money to spend at the moment. well ***** (service guy?) decides to email me back saying there is no invoice for that it's just what I owe for the repairs. I didn't respond quickly enough in guess so ***** decides to email me again in all caps telling me if I can't agree to that I can tow my vehicle. which is beyond condensending and unprofessional. I was under the impression that my extended warranty was covering the labor but not the additional parts they couldn't use from my before they disassembled my motor. I have called other repair places and they have told me the same thing that I had assumed. They also informed me that with the long block being 4500 that there is no reason that my repair bill should be higher than Twice that amount. I won't say the entire dealership is this way cause I haven't spoken to anyone else yet but ***** in service department should be turning wrenches not disrespecting confused customers.

    We agree with Ms. ******* that her tow bill should be covered by Mopar. This is the first the dealership has heard that her claim was denied. The service manager, ***** *****, is now in the process of getting the bill from Ms. ******* to re-submit the claim and get it paid. We expect a positive outcome and will work diligently to ensure that happens.

    Truly Terrible I’ve been so good to Mark Dodge I’ve referred many at first thinking everything runs smooth until few months into my vehicle everything goes haywire SOLD ME A DEFECTIVE JEEP! :( The car randomly shuts off in middle of the road which is something truly crazy no one would want to experience along with the trunk can’t stay open as a true customer we’ve contacted them multiple times giving them notices making them aware of the situation but no one seems to care they keep saying we’ll get back to you yes we are far away from your dealership but end of the day you have sold us the vehicle it is your responsibility to make sure you don’t sell defective cars it’s truly sad to see something happen like this after me and my family have referred many to your dealership we’ve showed loyalty as customers but haven’t received nothing back when your dealership has messed up and done wrong I wouldn’t advise others to shop just prepare extra time to deal with things later once received your car
