I purchased a brand new 2022 Ram 3500 Vin # ***************** I paid cash for the Truck from Mark Dodge in Lake Charles LA in November 2022 when I ordered the truck I told the dealership I wanted the truck to pull a gooseneck trailer so I wanted a Cargo Camera so I could be able to hook up my trailer. When I got the truck I noticed right away my Cargo camera is defective its not clear and fussy I cant even make out the gooseball on my trailer. I first contacted Ram Cares they told me to contact dealer so I contacted Mark Dodge they told me that all cargo cameras are defective and if they replace it I will get another defective camera just like the one I got. I also took the truck into a Ram Dealer in Lake Havasu City AZ and had the service look at it they told me the camera is crappy and defective and they are all defective and told me if they replace it I will get another defective camera. I then called back Ram Cares and they told me their is nothing that they can do for me. My friend has a 2022 Ram with a Cargo Camera as well his is clear and not defective like my camera. My Truck has only 1,100 miles on it and is suppose to have a 36,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty on it. I have plenty of warranty left on my vehicle its only 2 months old and only has 1,100 miles on it. I would like my defective fussy unclear camera replaced with a clear camera of give me a rear view digital camera so I can see my cargo of my truck to hook up my 5th wheel camper.
