      Goodbee Plumbing does not operate efficiently or effectively. Appointments take a week to schedule. We called for assistance mid- December and were told someone would come on 12/29. Once the initial site visit was completed, it took a few days to receive a written estimate. Once the estimate was accepted we were told that it would be two weeks before they could come out and perform the work. The work was then scheduled for 01/24/2024.On 1/24 the technicians came to the house. When they got out of the service vehicle they said we are here to give you an estimate and take photos of the work to be done. My husband quickly told them that we had already accepted the estimate and were expecting them to complete the job. They had no record of any estimates or work requested. *****, the owner, had made the initial visit. They said they would call their office and get back to us with an update.By now, we have not had hot water for two weeks, we followed up and called the office that afternoon. *** told us that it was her mistake she failed to write the work order and was certain ***** had ordered the part. Hmmmm We will call you tomorrow morning once we look on ******* desk for it.This did not make sense that you ordered the part when you sent someone to write an estimate today. The next day at 10 am we had not heard from Goodbee. My husband called them AGAIN. Sorry, there is no part on ******* desk. He is out of town and we will have to get back to you. We can fix it when it is convenient for you. That was yesterday the day we scheduled the work and took off to be home, that was convenient.To this day,01/26/2024, we have not heard back from them. Thankfully, we had another plumber that we called and within less than 24 hours he had our hot water problem solved. I would not suggest Goodbee Plumbing to anyone. They do not communicate well, record keep, or follow up with their customers.

      We hired them to do a minor repair and they completely wrecked our front yard. When asked to fix it, they rudely refused to even consider it. These guys overcharged me for shoddy work, which they wouldn't even back up. Do yourself a favor and hire a professional.
