      ******** ****************** contacted Goodbee Plumbing September 26, 2023 to fix 3 automatic toilets not working properly. They replaced three ***** flush valves that did not remedy the problem. They were told this when they 'completed' the job. Me and 2 other managers agreed and communicated this to the 2 workers. They put their hands in the air and said we don't know what to do and left the premises. Meanwhile, I retained another plumber that fixed the problem. Goodbee charged ******** $1577 and the check cleared within 48 hours. I paid the new plumber $200 and problem solved. I have reached out to *********** at Goodbee over 10 times and she assured me that ***** ( owner, I presume) would call me to discuss a refund and I have heard nothing.
