      About a week ago, I was given two checks from the job I had just gotten. These checks were to buy gift cards in order for the company to buy my computer, fax machine, phone, etc. The first check bounced and the manager at the location I use (in Walker High school) told me that he is sure the second check will also bounce and put this check on an extended hold. Mean while, I filed a police report due the scam/bad checks. The office told me that he had run the routing numbers through their system and the routing numbers on both checks (they are the same) is not affiliated with any banks and that the bank should have easily caught this error. About a week later, the manager at the branch I go to paid the second check to the scammers even though the manager knew the check was no good due to the routing number being fraudulent. I have tried to rectify this with the bank but they don't believe they did anything wrong. I am now out over five thousand dollars due this.

      Absolut worst customer service ive ever experienced in my life. The only way they will communicate with you other than being face to face is through phone call. However their hours are the same as pretty much everyone else's so if you need to talk to someone you have to take time out of your work day to do so. Something that a lot of people, myself included, dont have the luxury of doing. Any attempt to communicate through other means is met with "please call us" and then you get ignored from there on out. After they ignore your attemps at working with them they send you vaguely threatening letters claiming you are unwilling to work with them. Just stay away from this business.
