5 starsI hunted with whitetail heaven two years ago and just booked My second hunt with Tevis and his team. This time I am bringing a couple of buddies. The first hunt was amazing, Mrs Hannah had great food prepared daily that was out of this world. The accommodations were first class and every person that was associated with whitetail heaven, from the guides, to the service personnel made my entire experience enjoyable. I highly recommend whitetail heavenReview fromJohn R

1 starThe absolute worst company I’ve ever dealt with !!!!!
RUN AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN !!
The very first thing they tell you when you arrive is that you’re not ALLOWED ( so now you can control people and completely destroy our God given 1st amendment rights…. I don’t think so !!! )
to post negative comments about there company …… I wonder why … oh boy now I know and it didn’t take long !!!!
The first day of our hunt … the guide ( if that’s what you call someone who sends you an address and a pin location to your stand .. while they stay in bed … whatever) puts my son on someone else’s property and he is confronted with an angry owner with an ar -15
When I confronted the lodge manager and told him what happened and that you total and complete idiots put my son on someone else’s property ….he tells me … yea well I’ve been hunting there all last year and nobody has said anything to me !!
No seriously … and we paid good money for this so called amazing hunting experience !!!!!!
And this is what you get !!!!!
I DEMAND A TOTAL AND COMPLETE REFUND IMMEDIATELY !!!
NOTHING else will do
And the disappointments certainly didn’t stop there
Run from this smoke and mirrors company !!
Don’t give them one red cent of your hard earned money !!!
Thank you WHO for robbing me blind !!!!!
WHO If you have any shred of decency you will respond to me …. Apologizing and letting me know when my total and complete refund check will be sent out.
I will continue to update this post regularly to let everyone know how you fix YOUR mistakes
AND how you treat and value your customers.Review fromJoe H

1 starIts a scam, me and my friend went to two different hunts, one in 2021 and one in 2023 and what was told to us that we would get was totally different from what we received. First hunt we were ro stay in a log cabin with gourmet food and we gota run down school house with food from sams club.40 men sleeping in the gym.
The second trip we got the log cabin and well let just good food. We were put in our stands and my friend had quads running up and down the and blowing their horn. I had a farmer yelling at his cow and driving his truck into the field that I was hunting on.we dont believe that this was a coincidence we believe it was our guides distracting the deer. If your not a club member or a returning cliant the you get the bad stands I know that they have camera's and they know where those deer are running. Sorry but I will not recommend the outfit to anyone
Thank you ,

1 starTERRIBLE. I purchased a hunt for my husband and father-in-law for their 2022 Christmas gifts. It was for a 3-day, Kansas rut archery hunt. Speaking with Tevis, he shared they would help me with the entire process. He explained his outfitter had 5-star lodging and meals. After I sent my payment, I heard nothing more from Tevis, even after text attempts. I then reached back out and spoke with James. They never told me that there was a lottery for Kansas, and we ended up having to switch to Ohio due to not getting drawn. They never reached out, I had to make several attempts to see what the next step was. Once my husband and father-in-law arrived, Neil was at the lodge and was NOT friendly or very hospitable. Neil directed them to their "room". This consisted of one large room with 8 cots set up and one bathroom for 8+ people to share. They left the lodge and got a hotel room nearby so they could actually get rest to prepare for the next few days of all-day hunt. It was explained to me that the outfitter would take the hunters to their stands and pick them up in the evening. Neil proceeded to give them the address for their hunt stands and stated, "You can find it just like you found this place". Neil said that he decided where each hunter was to hunt. Neil never offered to take them in or anything. Later, Neil was heading out to put some corn near their stands and allowed my husband and father-in-law to go with him after much back-and-forth questioning. The next day, which was their first official hunt day, they woke up and headed to the stands alone. They hunted all day and had no deer action at either stand. After dinner, my husband was speaking with 3 other hunters who explained their extreme disappointment with the outfitter and lodge. My husband and father-in-law decided to cut their loss and head home. The other hunter that they had been taking with did the same. I will NOT recommend this company and will share this terrible experience.Review fromBrandi H

1 starWe hunted in Kentucky. We were told we would be in central and they moved us a week Before to a dump. We decided to go with it and see how it would be hunting. We did not see any bucks big enough. We were lied to several times during the hunt. Rule is that you can’t kill anything below 130. Well… we didn’t see anything big enough. We had a terrible experience so we told tavis. Well he offered us a free hunt like I see he did for a lot of others on the reviews. We decided to give it another shot. He told us central was nicer and that is where we needed to be. We get there only to find to out he moved us AGAIN and we had to drive to another camp. We had already driven 10 hours to get there and we had to back track 1 1/2 hours. That’s 3 hours extra in the car. They didn’t tell us til we arrived. We were told we had a cabin. We get there …no cabin. We had a room at a marina. It was bad but it’s the point. Once you get there you have to sit and wait around on them to figure out who is going where. Which means it is late finding out who your guide is and where you’re going. Then your up at 3 going to your stand.
we go hunting and we don’t see anything over the 130 mark again. My husband shoots one that is close. The deer actually was huge on the side he shot and just so happens it was smaller on the other side by alot so it messed the numbers up. The deer was in rut so it was chasing and he only seen one side. They charge $2000 for a deer under 130.. A deer that needed to be gone so it didn’t breed anymore like him. Out of the 12 hunters in our group. They all said they didn’t see anything knowingly big enough but seen a couple that could be close. They didn’t wanna take the chance like we did. He chooses to charge some and not charge others. We seen this first hand. They also charge $350 for deer processing and the place only charges $100. They make the hunting experience stressful and you definitely can’t enjoy it.
I would not recommend this hunt.Review fromEric B

5 starsI took my son to Whitetail Heaven Outfitters for a Kentucky youth season hunt! We hunted out of their Central Lodge. I want to start this review by saying, I am a HUNTER and not a person who expects to kill something just bc I spent money to hunt private ground.
Tevis and his wife Hannah run an excellent outfit! Everything they offer is top notch, from the housing accommodations, to the food, to the hunting ground. no corners are cut!
Each guide is assigned to 2 hunters and will place you on a property that accommodates the style of hunting you wish to do (i.e. blind, ladder stand, loc-on, etc). They will put you on a great property but it is still hunting, and YOU need to put in the quality hours to increase your odds of harvesting an animal! You can be the best hunter on the best piece of property with the best weather conditions and still not harvest an animal, that is why it’s called hunting and not killing!
At the lodge, you will have all of your meals prepared, breakfast at 4am (also pick up your packed lunch if you plan to hunt all day), lunch is at noon and dinner at 7pm (dinners are gourmet buffet style!).
This was my first time hunting with Whitetail Heaven Outfitters and I will 100% be going back! Thank you McCauley’s for providing such an excellent experience to my son and I, we’ll see you in 2024.Review fromJohn K

5 starsHad an awesome hunt with WHO. Even though I didn’t harvest anything they worked very hard to put me in position to. Hunting is hunting and I saw nice deer every sit. Saw three separate bucks that were shooters just never in range for my bow. The staff, guides, and cook were amazing and very welcoming. Will be back and very happy with my experiencesReview fromTerry H

1 starI booked. 3 day turkey hunt for Kentucky. When I arrived I was told I would be in the basement with 5 other grown men in bunk beds with 1 bathroom. With that said I decided to stay at my house roughly an hour away and commute back and forth. I met my guide the first morning who was from Florida and had no clue about any of the properties we were hunting. He had literally never seen any of them. We drove about and hour and spent the day using OnX trying to find property lines and what not. The owners son was guiding another client that road with us but he had to go to baseball practice so that left my guide having to take the other client out and me hunting alone. The next morning I met my guide offsite and went to get another property he had never seen. After a day of nothing I did feel slightly better about day 3 since we had scouted all of day 2. Come day 3 my guide never showed up, when I called he mentioned he overslept but would be there in a few hours. We had already missed daylight so no point in hunting now. I called management and was given to Joe Sr. Who seemed like he understood and would help resolve to at least give me 1 more day of hunting. He became unresponsive so I contacted James who would never actually speak to me but randomly text back about what my problem was. He is now also unresponsive, I have asked for Tevis again with no callback. I spent $2,000 for 1 and a half days hunting and didn’t even eat or stay at the lodge. I should have read these reviews beforehand.Review fromCasey H

1 starI entered to win one of their contest on their facebook page. I ended up winning a $2000 gift card to anything in the store. After over a year of talking to different employees and trying to get resolved, I was once again blown off and not contacted. I have tried and tried but this company is dishonest and untrustworthyReview fromJohn S.

1 starBooked a hunt with 6 hunters....told us we would have a blind to ourselves. Over booked camp so day 2 and 3 we have 2 extra guys with us. One never hunter ducks before so we felt very uncomfortable hunting our dog with them.
Arrival day....guides sitting around drinking Fireball bragging about how drunk they were the night before. Told us "we leave at 5:30, if you are late we leave without you. Hunt day one....no breakfast (all meals included...no breakfast any day other than microwave Jimmy Dean sausage sliders), first guide arrives at 5:45...our guide 6:20. Guess rules only apply to those who pay. No scouting in afternoons by guides....too busy drinking and acting like a frat house.
Overbooked so bad they didnt have enough blinds. One group had zero and thats after they took one of our blinds. Complaints of guide Blake not having a goose call and not knowing how to blow a duck call. They rotated the groups on the same 4 potholes rather than finding new water to hunt.
Took us on an afternoon hunt for geese on a field one guide said 100 geese using or up to 3000 geese if you listened to the camp manager. Got set up and took a walk around the field and not one feather or other sign of waterfowl....yep another lie to your clients....back at camp....other guides drinking like college students rather than scouting.
Every day more clients....no gear....no birds....many lies.
Sent them a very long email....yep no reply
