These reviews are correct. And I'm starting to think this Diagnostic Imaging Alliance is a scam. At no time have I ever received a written bill, e-mail, phone call, app push, nothing saying I owed them money. In fact, I never knew that I ever owed them money since Norton Hospital did not tell me they were using any of their doctors. And they were out of network. Fast forward almost a year and I receive a letter from a shady collections company demanding $191. For what services? No one has provided me a lick of proof that their doctors were ever used, Norton Hospital stated that all billing comes from them and not third parties, and calls never go through. There's something very dirty about these practices and if anyone has any dealings or might have any dealings with this mystery DIAL, run. Change offices, change imaging centers, ask questions, but DO NOT USE THEM. If you do, expect a surprise collections notice and zero proof on where that came from. Really dirty business guys...really, really dirty.

Had one imaging done at Norton's Aug 2023 and I paid the hospital part of the bill easily. I got another bill from this radiologist's office for the reading fee, however I found out they charged me for two imaging studies instead of one. The other test they charged me for was for an OB ultrasound (this did not happen and I was not pregnant) I called them and they said they will make it right and will send me a correct bill. I also called my insurance and told them I did not do the second imaging and to not pay this office for it. I never got a corrected bill and I tried to call this office multiple times and the phone could not even ring. Dead tone. Fast forward October 2024, more than a year later I got another bill to pay the correct amount in the mail. I tried to pay online but I can never get passed the 'enter your account number' line, so I am here unable to pay this bill online. I tried to pay by phone and after I entered my account number, the call just dropped and am unable to also pay by phone.
If there is anyone who knows better how to pay this office by online or by phone please let me know, I would hate to get checks from my bank just for this purpose as I do not use checks anymore.
They absolutely deserve 0 stars. I just need to pay this off quickly so I can be done with them forever.

I have been trying to pay 2 separate bills to this company for CT Scans that were run on my daughter at Norton Brownsboro Hospital in 2023. The phone number on the bill has been out of service for months and the website provided is not working. I have done my research on the company and found many other phone numbers associated with it and all are disconnected. I even went as far as finding a new 800 number for them. I was able to get through on that number and it is the "NEW" billing service for the company. They started the billing service in February of 2024 so were not able to help me as our service was provided prior to that. I wonder if the doctors have any idea how bad the billing service is? If I or my daughter are reported to the credit bureau as a result of this I am filing a dispute. If you an avoid using Diagnostic Imaging Alliance of Louisville I would recommend it.

Based upon the other reviews here, we are not alone in our experience. If I could give something lower than a one star review I would.
We received a statement (12/2021) and our insurance had not been billed. My wife promptly contacted the billing department and was told the claim would be filed and she would receive an updated bill once the insurance was processed. I recently learned they did file the claim and the insurance processed it. However, they then tried to file a claim for the same date of service two additional times.
We NEVER received an updated bill or statement from them. However, OVER TWO YEARS LATER we received a bill from a collection agency (01/2023) still showing the the original amount due totaling $198 before insurance adjustment was applied. After going back through insurance EOBs, my wife owed less than $62 after the insurance adjustment.
I contacted them the day I received the notice from the collection agency and was told the insurance denied the claim. The individual I spoke with said that I needed to fax them a copy of the EOB from the insurance company and that they would contact me in a week after reviewing. They said they would not accept anything via email, only by fax. I faxed a copy of all three EOBs (since they filed the claim three times) along with a copy of the only statement we received from them and a letter I drafted documenting every interaction with them and the details of the matter.
We did not hear back from them and I contacted them again 13 days later and was told that they did not have any information related to the matter. I had confirmation from the fax service I used that they received the fax.
Either their billing department is inept or corrupt ... or both. I filed a dispute with the collection agency. I am not sure how this gets resolved, but it has already taken a considerable amount of my time trying to get it straightened out. All because of their incompetency and over a measly $62 bill.
