    I leased my vehicle from Mercedes-Benz, and it has been in and out of their service department for the same issue. The Service Manager ***** ****** and General Manager have displayed complete negligence and continue to put me in a vehicle that has a service record documented the numerous occasion the vehicle was brought in for repair. I will attach all of the invoices they will provide me as when I asked for the detailed diagnosed report I was denied. The car since purchased has been in the Service department for months at a time and when I requested that they perform and formal investigation on my vehicle to do a dealer/manufacture buy back they denied my request and continued to bandaid the issues or misdiagnosing the real issue to evade having to take my car back under the lemon law! The vehicle went into limp mode, going from 70mph to 25mph almost causing me to be involved in what could have been a fatal crash had a garbage truck not shielded me from being rear-ended on a busy freeway. When is dropped the vehicle off they said nothing was wrong, then it happened again and I was told my care received a faulty cylinder when the vehicle was built during covid. They then claimed to have fixed this problem but then I picked my vehicle up and attempted to drive it home I noticed the inside of my car smelled like pure gas, I almost passed out driving. They had to come tow it from my apartment and later said that they accidentally nicked a fuel injector line and that's where the fumes sourced from. The car has been back in their service department several other times and they find something else wrong with the car. I have lost wages because of my car not working, made car payments on a vehicle I could not even drive, and when they gave me a loaner it was a much larger vehicle than the one I purchased which was extremely costly to fill up. I am seeking to be let out of my lease and reimbursed for wages lost and car payments made when I did not have my vehicle.

    On Friday, Judy 23, 2021 I called about a 2016 Chevrolet Traverse which I was told was available and in detailing. So I made an appointment to test drive it at 1:15. I arrived at 1:00 and the salesman, Seth could not find the keys or the car, once he finally found it in the service shop I was then able to look at the car and made the decision to purchase the vehicle. They told me the car would not be ready to drive for another 2 hours and that I could come back when it was ready but I decided to wait incase anything were to happen. I was trading in my car so in the mean time I suggested they check my car out and see what the trade in value would be. After he took my car in the back someone informed him that there was an application for credit on the car I was planning on purchasing and that I should put the $500 non-refundable deposit down to ensure it was mine, so that's what I did. As I was getting ready to fill out the credit application they then informed me that the car had already been sold and someone deposited $500 on July 20th but the purchase did not show up in their books until 12:30 July 23rd. Although they filled my tank up, I spent 3 hours of my time there, I missed an entire day of work and simply wasted my time. This is extremely inconvenient and unfortunate that this situation happened considering there were many things that could have been done to prevent this and I do not recommend anyone purchasing from this dealership.
