"Took my 2017 ford escape in because it was smoking from tail pipes.Well they said I needed a new short block that was in July 2025 the car still smoking kept taking it back they couldn't find any wrong but they had put a engine into that didn't take care of the problem 6,300 dollars and still smokes I got it back in last now they say it nothing we did it smell like gas coming from the pipes them why did you put a short block in if that was not the problem I have had it with this place they act like your stupid we will see what happens this week I guess I will be heading to court oh and when you call the main guy is out of town are not inthat day also they don't have loaner at that time but I was so mad over this they gave me one this time to smooth things over when I done with this I will never go back to them for anything also I think they are not polite to deal with." ... "I got a used truck from Byerly Ford and after a month I needed a new battery and transmission work and a lot of other things done on it every time something is wrong I have to come out of pocket a thousand or more its crazy they sale you a raggedy car and charge to much to get it fixed.
