      I went here for a dentist appointment. And they found 3 infections in my mouth and sent me home without any medication to treat it. I'm also a diabetic so the infections have been messing with my overall health. And I had to be sent to the emergency room because of it. When I called to reschedule an emergency appointment they told me. I couldn't get treated if I was still infected even though there were the ones who didn't give me the antibiotics I needed to begin with.

      Love my physician but cannot ever get anyone to answer phones when you call. I attempted several times just to make my 3 month follow up appts and on hold each time ALWAYS for greater than 30 minutes. and last time 56 minutes! Tried weeks later and still the same thing. Nurse in primary care will return call for MD and read to you your test results which you can already see but explains poorly all results and Dr's orders. Need someone who just makes appts as they won't let you make when you are there if it's a follow up for months later. Also tried portal multiple times to make appt and also unable to make. It's a shame people have insurance and an excellent primary care physician and it's this unorganized and unable to get an appointment!
