      "My mom has Humana and she was diagnosed with cancer and I called customer service with her insurance card information and specifically asked the man if a specific cancer center was in network for her and he said yes it was and then I asked for her benefit information and he gave me the in network information. Now we are getting bills from Humana that's only covered as out of network for the exact cancer center I called and asked about." ... Read full review
