  We needed a new roof because of hail damage. We called HKC Roofing. David and Greg did a great job taking care of everything for us including talking to our insurance company. We are very pleased with our experience with HKC. Our new roof looks great! We will recommend HKC to our family and friends for their roofing needs. Frank and Dolly C.

  I left a more detailed review on Google due to the limit here.
  Not allowed to communicate with the workers. Supposed to call the company but most phone calls go to voicemail.
  Took three days for a job that should have been a day and a half at most.
  Damaged my pool and did not tell me. Just put some painters tape on the hole. Pump ran dry. Company offered to patch the pool. Not acceptable… I had an undamaged pool prior to the roof install and should have had an undamaged pool afterward. It’s not an expensive pool… $1000. Not asking for a new $10,000 pool or more…
  Never knew when the workers were showing up. Workers spent hours in my front yard on “breaks”, having wrestling matches and taking selfies. Did not appreciate the utter lack of respect for my yard. Barely had any tarps down and did a lackluster cleanup. Threw three new bundles of shingles from the roof into their waste trailer. Office tried to tell me they would go back to a distributor…. No, they are not…. They were broken from the fall from the roof. Would not remove them from the invoice either. I have the videos and photos to back up everything.
  No one from the company ever came to check that the install was done correctly or that the subcontracted roofers were actually working.
  I run six maintenance facilities in three different states…. I know a thing or two about taking care of customers. This experience with HKC has been unacceptable. This level of performance would equate to employee terminations in any company that cares about their customers.
  Here is to hoping there are no leaks or other install issues.
  I cannot in good faith ever recommend HKC roofing to replace your roof. This experience has been every example of what can go wrong and how a company does nothing to fix it.

  We had a new roof put on in September 2023 because of leaking roof. After many texts and phone calls, we had someone sent out to look at it because we were still having leaks. Now 10 months later, we are still having leaks and was told that it’s probably the flashing (which was supposedly repaired a month ago). Gentleman came this morning and did nothing because he said the supply warehouse was closed today. Guess we’ll have to contact the AG office. We can’t repair the inside until HKC repairs their mistake outside.

  HKC did an awesome job installing our new roof! They provided shingle samples and locations where we could see the shingles on homes in the area which was very helpful. The crew working on our house were professional and thorough. I highly recommend HKC for any roofing projects.

  Juan Mateo was our point of contact and from the first day he was nothing but professional and courteous. He did all the leg work with our insurance company. HKC delivered within the timeframe they originally quoted. The installers were awesome! They did their job timely and left ZERO mess when they were done! We could not be happier with how this process went.

  I am completely satisfied with the entire process of getting a new roof with HKC! The March wind storm damaged my roof and I assumed that my insurance company would readily agree to cover the replacement costs. I called three roofing companies for estimates but felt most comfortable with HKC. Agent Juan M. was very knowledgeable and calming and assured me that my reluctant insurance company would eventually agree to the terms. The process went smoothly and my new roof (covered by insurance) looks fabulous!

  I had storm damage to the siding on my house. I had trouble getting anyone to come out and give me an estimate. I contacted HKC and they came out and inspected the damage and gave me an estimate. No problem. The representative came and explained the repair process and gave me an estimate. No pressure at all. The repairs were made and the crew that came did an excellent job. It looks great. I also had some roof repairs done. They did a great job. HKC will have my business.

  I received roofing repairs from HKC Roofing. My service representative was Juan M. I received top quality service from beginning to the end. I have seen numerous advertisements about HKC and I am glad to have had them to do my repairs. My service representative stayed in contact with me during the entire process.
