    Not a happy customer. Took them several months to get my roof completed and now I’m having leaks and am not getting any response even when I’m texting the owner, ****, direct and still no response from him either.

    I paid over $30k for a new roof and a partial covered porch replacement and have been informed the support beams installed are not correct either.

    Was informed by ******l last week that bathroom vent exhaust caps used are not the right type and this is why they’re leaking and that these should have never have been installed and he was surprised that these were installed by his company.
    When he asked who installed and I said *******, ******* said ******* is their metal roof installer and normally doesn’t do a TPO roof. I said ******* done all the work on the roof and the porch.

    I am rejecting this response because: ***** ******* has NOT reached out to me!
    I have been in contact with a ** *******
    My porch still has not be corrected or fixed.  It was repaired by HKC and is not up to local building codes and I am, per ** *******, am contacting other companies, at my discretion, for repairs at the expense of HKC.
    Additionally it seems that my roof is still leaking and needs to be repaired

    Hello-In reference to the above rejection from ** ********* I provide the following 

    I, myself am not the project manager, nor a construction contact person. I am simply the office coordinator. I apologize that *** ******** felt it necessary I reach out to him. When it was brought to my attention the issue with BBB (last week) and *** ********** complaint, I provided the letter you see attached. In addition to my letter, regarding the BBB suspension and explanation as to what occurred, ** *******, the PM and operations manager also provided a letter, describing the steps he's taken as he works with *** ******** to rectify the issue. 

    In addition to those letters, I've also attached the correspondence between both ** ******* and *** ********. As of this morning, we are awaiting feedback from ** ******** on the quotes and contractors that he would like to do the work. His original preferred contractor says they are too backed up to complete work right now. 

    To the point of his roof leaking........ we have not been notified or made aware of ANY issues with a current roof leak. If this is indeed occurring he has not made anyone here aware. I'd suggest, he contact ** ******* and advise, so that we can address.  

    I do apologize for any and all hardships on *** ********. This is not the experience we want for our customers. However, we will always try to make it right. And as you can see from the correspondence, we are doing just that.

    New roof was installed on my house with a 5 year warranty on May 31 ,2022, there has been on going problems with rains causing leaks in various places throughout my home. I contacted HKC many times they sent someone out and they did fix some of the leaks, but no repairs have been done to the damaged ceilings. Recent rains has made leak in the family room that has caused dripping on my carpet, l called again on June 19, 2023 and was told she would email them and let them know as of yet still no response. More rain is expected in the area so l know there will be more damage, l was told back in March that that my leaks were old which wasn’t true l took some pictures of the damage while it was still wet and showed them to Gary Ferrigno and he said he would put me on a list and l haven’t heard a word or a response since then. With recent rains my problems are getting much worse and it looks and sounds like they have no intention of fixing my roof or my ceilings, l would like for HKC to honor their warranty and the promises they make to fix my roof leaks and repair the drywall on my ceilings. My problems will not go away unless they do what they are supposed to do, l am 76 years old and my husband has Alzheimer’s we picked this company because of their tv advertising and the promises they made and we cannot be put off any longer.
