      "Don’t bother their customer service and service is garbage. They gave me a phone number that wasn’t valid to use on apps and when I called to get a new one they wanted to charge me $15 for a faulty phone number they gave me to get a new one and the customer service rep didn’t understand English well so he ended up turning off my phone causing me to go to a cricket store explaining to some one 3 times my issue and I just got to the point where I said forget it and just went with a different carrier."
