Let me start off saying that Herman **** (owner) used to be a friend of the family. I had taken my 2019 Toyota 4Runner to Senn's Body & Paint Shop, Inc. in 2019 for front end damage. Herman got my SUV in around Christmas time. I picked up my SUV on a cloudy day. I noticed later that the red metallic paint had not been matched or feathered in properly once I saw it in the sun. Even to the untrained eye the difference was obvious. At this point I felt embarrassed to drive the SUV. I notified Herman of my dissatisfaction with the paint job. He said to bring it in so he could look at it, which I did. And Herman AGREED the new paint job did not match the original paint very well. Herman then said that just as soon as he had a slow time, he would get my SUV back in to have it repainted. He would never give me a date, even though I and my husband were calling him regularly. Herman kept stating he was busy. Time went on, two years to be specific. I was getting very tired of being put off. Being that he was a friend I felt he was taking advantage at this length of time. Therefore, I contacted the BBB. The BBB stated that due to it being over one year of contacting them, there was nothing they could do. I contacted my insurance company only to hear the same thing. The insurance company ended up contacting Herman to see if he would work with them to find a resolution. During that time I went to another auto shop that treated me with the utmost respect. Mind you during all this time, my husband would tell me all "the jokes" Herman **** would say about me. Like, business is slow, tell your wife to go driving so I have some business along with other "jokes" I care not to disclose. The insurance company called me to say Herman would have my SUV in to redo their mistake but due to stringing me along and saying inappropriate things about me I decided to go with the other body shop that respected even though I had to pay out of pocket. I am very happy i went elsewhere
