Worst company to attempt to deal with. Demands there money but refuses to assist or help the customers in anyway. They have awful reviews and they should. If you can avoid this company please do so. They are the worst!

I have no qualms about the anesthetic. In fact I am a surgeon who practices at Baptist Hospital. But One Anesthesia's patient-facing office policies and operation are stunningly bad. We received requests for payment via text message under their name, which we still don't know were legitimate. I would never consider responding to a text message asking for money. Ever.
We were sent to collections after never having received a paper bill. Upon learning this, my wife called and immediately paid a bill, though in retrospect this was unwise because this also could also have been a scam. After apparently paying my bill, we received another text message asking for money. I telephoned asking for clarification about our account and Melissa told me she would call me back later that day. Of course she did not. I telephoned the next day, and she was again out of the office, and had not researched my question to know whether we were good. I still don't know whether we have a balance. I brought this to the attention of the physicians, and they acknowledged that they know about their many complaints. The hospital knows, too.
Very aggressive, shady billing practices to send someone to collections without written notification. For a hospital-sponsored, medical practice to have a one-star Google rating for poor business practices and a BBB D- rating speaks volumes.

The anesthesia service was fine, however the doctors did a bate and switch on me. One doctor came to introduce himself and explain the process and then I get to the operating room and there is someone completely different administering the anesthesia.

The billing process was also horrible. I received a text message saying that I could click on a link to pay my bill. Then, when I did not pay, because I was waiting for an actual bill to come, I got a robotic phone telling me I could call a 1-800 number to pay. With all of the online scamming that is going on, this was the pinnacle of sketchiness.

I feel like the service I received was fine but the business practices of this facility are questionable.

The anesthesia service was fine as far as I know.. Long story short, insurance processed incorrectly because of One anesthesia being an outside contractor in an in network hospital, etc.. I called One anesthesia when I got my bill and told them I had been in touch with Anthem, who would be reprocessing and correting/paying the claim, and that I would pay the remaining balance after it was corrected. This was sometime in the summer of 2023.. I never heard from One anesthesia again, no bill, no phone call, no email.. Then in April 2024, I get calls from a collection agency because One Anesthesia turned my balance over to collections, when I didn't have any way of knowing what it was. I no longer had my bill from a year ago, Their website is no longer up. The phone numbers I've found online don't work. So, I can't even get in touch with them!

BEST anesthesia doctor I have ever had for surgery! However, their billing department is THE WORST. I had surgery, paid all my other bills, then got the bill from these guys 6 weeks later. The bill was dated September 20 and I received it Oct. 5. It just so happened we had a death in the family and were gone for 1.5 weeks. I paid the bill online as soon as we got back. The next morning, I was getting harassing calls from them saying to pay it. I told them they needed to get their act together and send out the bills or a way to pay online ON TIME. Their billing office is the WORST and I hope I never have to deal with them again. They are horrible
