    I have received three separate bills from One Anesthesia PLLC. When trying to pay online, the pmt URL isn't valid. I then tried adding an 's' to make it a 'secure URL', but that had a different company name but yet the same email listed for billing inquiries. I called the phone number listed for Billing Questions, and reached a recording that has yet another different company name. Although the anesthesia charges & dates of service are legitimate, I am hesitant & not sure even where to pay the bills since the company names are different everywhere I go using the information on the bills. I don't want these bills to go unpaid and end up in collection; but I also don't want to pay them to a fake company. Can you assist please?
    The following is some of the conflicting information on the bills that I received via USPS mail:
    -Company name: One Anesthesia PLLC
    -Phone: 844-712-4981
    -When calling, recording says the business name is Patients Accounts.
    -Unable to reach a person, only a recording to leave a message.
    -Email for billing inquiries: ********************************** -Payment URL listed: ************************** ******** ***   -if you add an 's' for *************************** ********** ** *************************************************************** *says the business name is Anesthesia Business Consultants
    I have attached the three bills I have received and am referring to in this complaint.

    Horrible billing process. Horrible ability to talk to a live person. I was billed erroneously for $2640.00.

    I have passport as a secondary. They filed with my primary but my secondary has no claim on file from them. They knew i had passport and now are trying to claim timely filing so that they can collect a 840$ bill that i do not have to give, They said that it is my bill although they have just contacted me recently about it.

    On January 23rd I had an epidural done while delivering my son. I get a bill in February for $2800. I sent back the form with my insurance information and to update my home address. I check their website and it has a zero balance. I get another letter last week asking for my health insurance again for $2800. I go online to pay my bill and my health insurance is already added to my account it seems but no claim has been filed through my insurance company. I sent them an email from my work email to ask if I need to file a claim with my insurance and asked for their tax identification number because my insurance company requires that to even submit the claim and it’s not on the bill. I get no reply via email or phone. I sent a second email via my personal email and still nothing.

     Good afternoon, I got an email regarding my complaint against One Anesthesia, PLLC saying the case was closed as an unanswered. The business was able to reach out to me finally, and we were able to resolve my billing issue, and run through my claim through my health insurance.     This business sent a bill for around $1200 with instructions to call re: questions and payment. I've called every day this week and left messages with no return phone call. It seems impossible to reach an actual person to discuss payment plans and options.
