  This company is crooked. They drive around where they supposedly have a contract with & tow stuff without contacting anyone to ask if it needs to be towed. The guy at the gate is rude, and was rude to the police dispatch. They refuse to release the name of who contract is with, and the story changed each time they guy opened his mouth. This is a pop up towing company from hell. They only take cash, and I'm assuming because their books are probably not legit. They are just tow truck gangsta thugs, with no professionalism. The company has no business being in operation with their illegal practices.

  This business operates under illegal business practices. The owner and the staff are all very unprofessional, rude, arrogant, and incompetent. They think they are lawyers making up lies or misleading the general public about the laws. This group of goons are all high school dropouts who couldn't even get a job at ********* , so they have to work for a crook that allows them to illegally operate this so-called towing business. On Call is a money-making scam company that operates under the letter of the law, because nobody wants to put up the effort, time, or money to fight back. A class action lawsuit under development will go back 7 years on this company. If you have encountered an incident from this company that's not legit please get in touch with the Ky Attorney General's office with an official complaint. This will help get the Class Action Suit started. If you got towed and were at fault like parking in a no parking, handicap or tow zone, you are guilty and need not move any further on this issue, but if you were illegally towed and forced to pay for towing after you showed that you were illegally towed then move forward. So far there are 34 cases to date that are going to be under investigation so the more cases we have against this company the better the overall outcome will be for everyone that incurred damages caused by this company. Please hurry and file before this company tries to flee or goes bankrupt to keep from having to pay out in the upcoming lawsuit.

  This company is hard working and keep our properties clear of unwanted vehicles that are not supposed to be parked. They also patrol our lots after hours and keep people from parking on our lots to go to the bar and bring beer bottles and trash back to our lots.

  This company is a joke and preys on people! I live in an income based living apartment and pulled my rental car up to my house to unload my 6 kids(babysitting) and came back out to move it my car was gone. I call to see where it could be and the man was being smart and having an attitude while I’m civil and trying to retrieve my vehicle. I advised Mr tow driver I was getting a ride and on my way. I pull up to retrieve my car and call 7 times from 2 different numbers while being sent to voicemail and finally got a answer and asked if someone was there to let me in to get my car and they told me it would be another 30-45 min after already giving them 45 min of me finding a ride. These people are greedy and rude as heck! They need to be shut down immediately.

  A total joke I was parked at the big four bridge in the parking lot walking across for the first time with my family which is large so we drive 2 vehicles and they booted both said I had o pay $138.00 each. Took a good night and ruined it for me and my family over greed. I will push this as hard as possible the bridge is a mile which you should get at least a hour to get back to your vehicle and that's pushing it. some of the most viol people and inconsiderate profession there is. If you would like to take your family out don't go to anything downtown because our city lets companies like these ruin people nights.

  This towing company is a joke. One of the towing drivers tried to tow my vehicle when I had my parking permit for the parking garage. I was not in any unauthorized parking spot.
