      So I took my truck in for a new tire, oil change, an alignment inspection. Dropped it off at Clark tire and appliance in Greenville, KY. I didn't hear anything for several hours I call back and talk to **** the manager. **** proceeded to tell me how lucky I am that I didn't die and "not to worry he was rebuilding my front suspension". I was shocked and ask him for a price quote, he then told me, " he's to busy to give me a quote". I was beyond furious when I got off the phone. I gave him authorization to do a oil change, change a tire, and an alignment inspection, and to let me know what he found. After our second conversation after he was performing work I never asked to be completed he never called me back with that quote. At 4:15 he called to tell me it's all done and my total is 828. When I arrived to pick up my truck and ask **** about this and both the lady at the desk and him both was very rude when I asked them what the deal was. When confronted about why he refused to give me a quote, and why he did work on my truck I didn't authorize him to do he said," well all that had to be done for you to get an alignment"! I asked him why he did unauthorized work on my truck and his response was it needed to be done. I would like a full or partial refund on the work performed without my knowledge and not even as much as an phone call with an estimate. This is unfair and bad business practices. I told them to check the alignment, put a tire on, and give me an oil change not to go and replace my ball joints and tyrod.

      My aunt bought mattress and box springs not even two months ago for almost $1400.00 and she has called them few times since she got it come to find out it has bed bugs in it all she wanted was either a new set or some of her money back and they was rude said she must had bed bugs before and I know she didn't cause bed bugs because I got her old mattress and I have not had no bed bugs or anything ..My aunt's name is Teresa F******** she is in her 60s n became a i think they owe her a apology and some money or a new set she is a widow as may of 2021 i dont think they respect any of there customers

      The customer Teresa Fulkerson purchased a new mattress & foundation on 10/24/2023. The first call we received about the mattress not until 1/30/2024. If the mattress had bed bugs, why would you wait 3 months to call about it? Also, all of our bedding is wrapped in plastic and stored in the same warehouse, which we sell on a daily basis. We have never had any complaints about beg bugs. We have been in business 54 years, we respect and appreciate all of our customers and take complaints seriously. But this complaint is invalid, from what I have read about bed bugs, they can be brought in from anywhere; clothing, boxes, luggage, furniture, and other people.
