    The release of funds is a legal document that requires me to accept detail that are not associated with the transaction.  I only did business with this company in West Virginia and will not accept anything more than an immediate refund of $5,100.  I will have no part of with me signing anything more than a letter that I received the full amount.

    Mr. ****** cancelled the purchase of a home at ********* *******.  ********* ******* is ready, willing, and able to provide the requested refund.  Mr. ****** refused to sign a documentation required for release of the funds.  Should Mr. ****** change his position, the refund will occur immediately.

    *** ***** owns his home and rents a lot in ******* ******.  Pursuant to page 8 of the lease agreement between *** ***** and ******* ****** in the section titled "Utilities," each resident is responsible for all connections between the home and the termination point of the utilities provided to the homesite.  Further, it is the resident's responsibility to maintain these lines in the future.  The situation described falls within *** ******* area of responsibility for repair and maintenance.

    I am the owner of a camper at one of the campgrounds this company owns called *** ***** campground and RV resort in ****** **. Since moving in in 2023 the rent has been raised several times to an amount that is almost not payable but the price for electric is outrageous for a camper. If i call to speak with the manager she informs me it needs to be paid or we have to move the camper out without discussion, we are also told that we are not allowed to call the electric company to make sure the meters are running correctly.

    I turned the electricity off and unplugged everything on 01/03/2025 and was told that the electricity owed for January is over $160.

    With the way that everything has increased and in odd amounts, not being able to utilize public services to make sure meters are running correctly and the outrageous prices being charged im not sure if someone is pocketing extra money or if there is a scheme of some sort going on but this place needs to be investigated

    This is a campground wide issue with complaints from multiple residents.

    The lot rent was late, but I was able to pay it before the point of eviction came up. Now that the payment has returned, they're giving me zero time to find help from local churches or a trustee's office. I was out of work for two and a half weeks in October for surgery it's thrown me off since then, so I've been falling behind on a lot. It's currently Friday, December 20th, 2024 and the manager of the park has told me that Monday, December 23rd, they will be filing for eviction. I've been living in this trailer park since 2017 and I've put up with every single lot rent increase that they've tacked on year after year. I just don't feel that it's right to not even give someone the time to find the help to get it paid. I just keep getting told it's policy to file for eviction that quick. This is one of the worst companies to own Heritage Hills in *******.

    This company taped a notice on my door that during the rain caused the orange dye to bleed all over the door and they refuse to return my calls all I want is for them to paint the door that they damaged.

    We received a text from *** ******** this morning complaining about a stain on her door from a notice.  We contact her attorney to advise of the problem and obtain authorization to clean the door to remove the stain.  Community personnel scheduled a time a noon to clean *** ********** door.  The door photo2 shows the door after cleaning.  The door photo1 shows the door prior to cleaning.  These photographs were provided to *** ********** attorney who confirmed the outcome was satisfactory.  *** ******** incurred no costs regarding the removal of the stain and cleaning of the door.

    My husband and I are current seasonal residents of Glacier Hills Resort in ********, **** which is owned and operated by Flagship Communities. We received a written offer from this company stating that if we signed a new lease with them by the end of September, we would receive a discounted rate of $265/month. We have tried numerous times to sign at this new rate only to be told they will not honor that rate. The written offer was never revoked so technically the offer is still available. Poor business.

    i reviewed Ms. ******'s resident file and confirmed that a new lease was not signed prior to 9/1/2024.   Glacier Hill provide offers to residents for a reduction in rent if they signed a new lease on or before 8/31/2024.  This was not the case for Ms. ****** and the reason the discount does not apply.

    I moved in August 31st of 2022. I paid a water deposit of $125 and first month rent and a deposit. My neighbor was moving. I bought her trailer me and her both tried to call the office to inform them of the move. We were both told on different occasions that the person we needed to speak with was not in the office. The person that answered the phone took my name and address and said that we would be called back. Neither one of us was ever called back rent's due on the 1st late feed due on the 5th. The only thing they could tell us for certain was that because I already lived in the park I was approved to live in the park so I didn't need to do that and they don't see why it would be a problem for me to buy her home. I turned my keys in today which is September 5th of 2024 and I was contacted saying that I would not get my deposit back and I would still have to pay for September rent because I did not move out properly. I don't believe they should be able to keep my deposit from me when the property has been well maintained and cleaned top from bottom before turning in my keys. The property is cleaner than when I received it. I don't believe that I should pay September rent because I already paid the $425 lot rent for the property I bought and I turned my keys in before the late fee could be added on. When I spoke to I'm assuming Jerry and told her that we never got a call back either one of us and she said I was a liar and that she would be keeping my deposit and I still had to pay for September. I do not believe that is okay considering I'm returning the property and well maintained and clean order. I am also on a month-to-month lease so I was under the assumption that I only had to give a 2-week notice

    I Moved in to ***** **** near the end of last year I was promised multiple things that everyone else already had so I thought I could believe what was being said but it's a year later and not one thing has been taken care of when I bring it up I was asked by the manager why you on my ass exact words said I am told it's a 3 car parking I have 3 cars and told to move them so they can cut down trees so I have to park them in my yard and then they try and fine me for parking there after being told by them to park there and was told to moved them after they left but clearly can't because there are trees left in my driveway and as far as 3 cars only there is a house that is right beside the office with 5 in it no trailers aloud to be in the park but you have homes that have them in there driveway every night and most of the day there are multiple dogs off leashes with the owners and the manager watching them do it my dog on a leash was attacked by another do on a leash and multiple people have reported the dog as vicious and nothing done the pond they said was going to be cleaned out but nothing has been done your lucky if it gets mowed 1 time every 2 months we was told that we had to have a shed in 90 days and was told we had till spring to get it due to winter we got ours in Spring and there is houses thats been here as long if not a little bit longer and still dont have one last month they made a contract with ******** and made everyone in the park take it without warning at all so your lot rent went up $65 a month no option i have put grass seed and hay down many times they keep tearing it up i had $300 in seed and straw destroyed so I went the 2nd time and said something she said o well what do you want me to do about it and the people putting houses in dig holes in your yard and leave them my kids have fell in them walking the dogs i have put in orders to fix my house under warranty and the managers husband is supposed to do it but it's been a month and no wprd

    The name used by Complainant does not match with any
    registered residents in the community.  Therefore, an assumption is made
    to address the allegations.  Similar complaints have been received from
    the occupants located at ***** ***** ***** ********* ** *****.

    Here are the responses to Complainants’ issues:  (1) Parking – A new home is being installed next to complainant’s home. 
    The homes will have a shared driveway.  Complainant is allowed 3
    cars.  Complainant has an unregistered occupant who has not applied for
    residency, thus resulting in 4 cars at this household.  The unregistered
    occupant needs to go through the application process.  No fines or notices
    have been issued regarding the parking situation at Complainant’s site. 
    (2) Incident with dog – The Community Manager requested a simple written report
    of the incident that occurred at Complainants’ home.  Complainant’s dog
    was tied up outside the residence, unattended, which is a violation of community
    rules and guidelines.  Complainant never provided information regarding
    the incident; therefore, no further action or investigation was possible. 
    If complainant had provided information regarding what occurred, corrective
    action would have been possible. (3) Complainant does to pay for ********; therefore,
    these allegations of Complainant are not addressed. (4) Home issues – Champion
    Homes is responsible for correcting warranty issues.  The majority of the work
    required at Complainant’s home has been completed according to ******** *****' representatives.  It is our understanding that parts were on backorder but
    delivered this week.  The remaining warranty issues will be taken care of
    by a ******** ***** representative in the very near future.  The Manager’s husband does work for
    ******** ***** but will not be the representative completing the remainder of
    the work.
