    We at ************************, ******************** and ******************** seem to get the same response as I see Everyone else is getting. NOTHING!! I have called and emailed this company to have them remove our offices from their emails and faxes and no one ever responds! Please remove us from your directory as well. We have a billing department that verifies us with insurance companies and do not need to do this.

    I love the stock response. No thought about what the complaint is expressing. They are saying you are a scam. The idea that you have some responsibility on our behalf to (supposedly) gather this data on behalf of insurance companies. LOL. Here is a partial reply you provided: "Certain regulations require that health plans reach out to their providers..." I don't think anyone has a problem with that. Unfortunately, you are not the health plan or health plan administrator that your statement references. Be honest with people. You are a business created to create business for your income. Nice work. Great idea. But it is a scam and not a true service provided by any of my health plans I am contracted out to fulfill. I have insurance companies direct me to re-attest, and even have been directed to use CQH - a legitimate credentialing verification service. I would hope no one would provide a scam like your service their personal information. No need to reply because I see the "script" you have carefully crafted to not take responsibility in being a scam.

    This company is not transparent about their activities. They appear to be selling our medical practice's information. They are constantly faxing us that it is "Urgent" that we go to their website and update our practice information. I have already updated my information with various insurance companies, and this company keeps telling us that it is "Urgent" that we update our information with those exact same companies.Please remove ********************* from your list of companies you contact.

Our tools are used by 95% of health plans to ensure their network adequacy and accuracy. We have removed you from our outreach attempts as you requested.

    Zero stars, but I had to put something. This company owes me a **** of paper and laser jet ink given the amount of faxes that they spam me with. This should be illegal as it is harassing.
