    They hound the c*** out of you. I know they are contracted with ****, but you have to update your info every 6 months AND, THEY STILL CALL YOU ALL THE TIME, EVEN WHEN YOU TELL THEM NOT TO

    Foreigners are way involved in our healthcare data. "Better Doctor" indians call out practice all the time trying to get us to share info. Blocking their numbers and telling them we aren't interested doesn't help. GET FOREIGNERS OUT OF OUR HEALTH DATA!!!! We were better off before HIPAA.

    this place just keeps calling and calling trying to get information on my business. I tell them to stop calling and they just continue to harrass.

    They keep calling me wanting my information. I can barely understand their accent. I asked them what information they have on file for me and they tell me they can't tell me that. They are wasting valuable time and does not seem legitimate .

    Really tired of the calls requesting updated information. You gave me an address that I had no clue about and then asked me to give you my address. I've been in my same address for more than a year so if you are a legitimate company you should have it. I asked the caller if you are nonprofit or for profit and couldn't get a straight answer. I don't know what you do or who you do it for.

    Excessive faxing costing business money everyday to update information the insurances already have. They are a nuisance and need to be shut down. These guys are spam.

    Receive calls wanting to verify address and information for individual providers which takes time out of our office hours when we could be helping patients. ****** will argue with you when trying to correct information. Their call center also has inclusive employees so it is hard to understand sometimes when they speak.

    Excessive use of faxing to verify providers via their third-party service. Like most clinicians, we use CAQH and appropriate insurance directories to ensure that our information is accurate and up to date. Such a waste of time and resources with no way to get the company to stop harassing ** via fax and snail mail.

    Not transparent. No idea what they actually do. Will not answer the phone. They put you on hold and eventually transfer you to a mailbox to leave a message. NO THANKS!
