    Most people think of companies such as True Accord and have negative feelings and responses, however, I at first, was resentful and embarrassed. But, everyone have problems with paying bills at times due to circumstances. When approached, so was I. After speaking with representative, and hearing my options, I was pleased with the courtesy, pleasantry, ease of set-up/arrangements that was detailed and explained well by *******. I am so pleased with the outcome and if I could rate this company and its employees a higher rate of five stars, I definitely would.????
