    A new and welcome approach to debt collection. Where most collectors make me spite them, this was totally different. I gladly paid once I had the means to do so. It was very simple and still left me with my dignity at the end.

    I was able to set up a payment plan for the debt that I owed. Payment was taken out every month. It made the process less stressful for the situation. I would recommend this company over other debt collectors, that do not want to work with a person to set up arrangements, they just want payment in full. Which is not always possible to pay in full,or it would of happened to begin with. I was never hassled and offered a plan upfront. True Accord worked for me.

    I never thought I would say something like this about a debt collector but True Accord is truly amazing! You almost forget that they are debt collectors with how kind, flexible and non harassing they are. They will literally allow you to pick your own re-payment terms, the amount, how often, what day of the month, etc and if you miss a payment they give you chance after chance to settle your debt but doing it respectfully. They don’t call and harass you at all, they email you and even then it’s not constant emails. They have probably been the only debt collectors I will respond to because of how chill their approach to you is, I don’t get stressed opening a message from them, which is a true gift and talent they have!

    Won't respond to emails about their debt collection. Sends emails multiple times a day. Cease and desist.

    The emails they sent were polite and friendly, and they didn't send so many that I felt harassed. The payment options they offered were very reasonable and fit my budget and pay schedule. I was more willing to work with them to pay off my debt just because of how they conduct business. I wish all debt collection agencies were as easy to work with as True Accord is!

    Nice that they don’t keep calling you when you know that it’s a bill you have to take care of sooner or later and your given some options without the pressure from someone trying to make you commit to something that’s not been considered by you
