      disappointment with refund delay. I have yet to receive my refund or confirmation. I feel that I have not been treated fairly! My next movie is scheduled for tomorrow, and without the refund, I am unable to book my tickets. They said 4 -5 business to maybe get refunded

      Bought A-list subscription for my girlfriend who left me 3 days after purchasing. I canceled and then was charged $46. After contacting their customer service, they would not help me out and refund the charges when i never used them.

      Well do I have a different complaint then a lot of these even though I've experienced the place needing some cleaning up and not getting my food and having to go out there and get it. No I didn't complain about that until this last incident. So my son and I were at this theater last week. We had to leave the movie early as he had an allergic reaction to the food. I called the theater (don't bother nobody answers the phone) so I went back down to get pre-admission vouchers (which they graciously gave up). Went to the theater tonight (we were 30min late because I didn't want to sit through the previews.....AGAIN), and the doors were locked. So of course this is the second time to try and see this movie and....I wasn't going anywhere until I spoke to someone (looking like a crazy person trying to get someone's attention). Finally after 15 min someone came to the door with a sign that said they cannot unlock to doors once they are locked. I explained the situation but it was a no go. I asked for more vouchers which he slide through a small opening (like I was going to run him down to get in).In the meantime during all of this two other girls came up also there for a movie. They were only ten min late at that point for an 830 movie. It's super funny because my son and I got there AT 830 so.......you locked the doors at 830 exactly?????? Like nobody is late to the theater. So even if they were right on time they couldn't get in. I don't know about you but sometimes I get there a little later because who gives a c*** about previews that last 30min like seriously common guys. It's like they were all in such a hurry to close it down so they could all go home. Not sure what kind of business they are trying to run. I tried to complain to *********** and there is no email, can't get a hold of anyone by number. I see many reviews on ****** in which the managers do not respond to any of the complaints.

      My family, friends, and I purchased 24 AMC movie tickets to see a movie on 12/04/2023. However, we decided not to see the movie anymore because it's against our religious belief (we didn't realize the religious nature of the movie before purchasing the movie tickets). We arrived BEFORE the movie started to exchange tickets to see a different movie, request a refund, or get vouchers to see another movie. The manager was rude and looked that we didn't want to see to see that religious movie (we assume that he identifies with the religion in that movie) and refused to exchange our movie tickets, issue a refund, or give vouchers to see another movie whenever we want ... all of which are against AMC written policy for when customer don't want to see a movie anymore after purchasing refundable tickets. It's the holiday so we do not want to get the manager in trouble/cause him to lose his job. However, because of this incident, we do not want to patronize this particular AMC location and would like a refund in AMC gift cards or vouchers to see another movie at a different AMC location.

      This is a complaint about you having the Taylor Swift playing in your theatres. I went to watch a movie the other night and you had the volume up so loud on the Taylor Swift concert movie that I couldnt even hear my movie without having to hear that music. When I went to tell the manager he said he didnt have any control over the volumns. As I walked through the theatre all you could hear was all the different theatres with the Taylor Swift consorts going on. I wont be going back until you quite playing these consort movies.

      My credit card was hacked and charged multiple months for the app, before I finally noticed. I reached out to get refund and they would not. They ignored BBB attempt to resolve the issue. I'll be contacting my CC company next to dispute them. Maybe a class action lawsuit next??

      If anyone is looking into this location please run the other way! I purchased tickets online via Fandango hours before the show purchased (10pm show). When I arrived at the theater at 10:15pm, as it was 20 degrees outside and I am pregnant, the doors were locked so I repeatedly knocked on the door for several minutes trying to get two of the associates attention that I already purchased tickets. The two young lady associates( that I have on video) then finally looked up, started laughing, and shaking their heads. Luckily, a guest who had already been in theatre opened the door for me and then the manager, ********************, stated theres a policy once the door is locked they cant let anyone in and I could get refunded. I then asked her when this became a policy and if she can show me in writing where this policy is indicated for customers to know. Especially being I got the tickets via online and from a third party site and she tried to tell me I can only get my money back on gift card because I did not have my debit card with me. She kept disregarding what I was saying and said its online, but again if guest are getting tickets via third party sites and theres no signs in the theater for anyone to be aware of this policy theres no way I should be locked out in the frigid cold, being pregnant, and a paying customer being taunted by employees. This behavior is very unprofessional and unacceptable. I will no longer visit the *** theaters again and will be sure to spread the word for other to also do the same.

      I just read **********'s comments and I am actually relieved to know that I am not the only one who has dealt with this. I have repeatedly sent them everything required to replace my gold and silver passes which I purchased and were never to expire. I began more than a year ago trying to get replacements. They finally emailed me three yellow tickets to replace the silver and said that they had previously emailed me the tickets for the six gold passes. When I told them that I never received them, they said they would resend the email. About once a month I send them an email telling them that I have not received the email for the gold passes and it is ignored. There is no phone number to speak to anyone and the only address is the same one that I mailed my proof of the nine passes.

      They are BREAKING THE *** in ********** about value on gift certificates. I have some that never expire. Recently I went to the theater and they said they've had a lot of fraud so I could not use my certificates and had to send an email with photos of the certificates to an *** email address. I did this...A MONTH AGO. When you email you simply get the same auto reply over and over. Once I had someone ask me what state I am in, that was it. This is illegal. I paid for my certificates and they, thus far, have withheld the value from me. BTW their "contact" email system is baloney, too. So lame they want you to only complain about certain things, and then you get yet another auto reply with FAQs and then they make you send YET ANOTHER FOLLOW UP EMAIL if you still need/want help. I mean come on ***, get your act together. Even if they fix this, I want people to know do NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. THEY ARE HORRIBLE.
