    This year has been a rough year for me, and without this policy, it could have been worse. My car broke down twice this year, and twice they came through for me. I appreciate my warranty more than ever now.

    Worst experience ever. MotoAssure found every way to avoid covering the cost of our auto repair, saying every shop in our area was charging too much for labor time. Yet, when I asked which auto repair shop would follow their determination of labor hours for the work, they would not tell me where to go or give me any recommendations. This left me no choice but to pay $2k to repair our car despite paying into our warranty premium. DO NOT trust this company.

    I was on a trip when the right front tire on my car got punctured. I did not have the luxury to call MotoAssure at that time; I went ahead to replace it, and I sent the picture and bills to them. They reimbursed me a week later.

    I was hurting financially when MotoAssure came to my rescue. They fixed $1,500 worth of parts on my first claim after just six months with them. They handled my claim elegantly, and they had a good rapport with my dealer. Words can't express how happy I am.

    I got this policy last year, and never had a claim until that moment. I made two claims at the same time regarding my engine lifters going bad and my navigation unit not working. I was expecting them to put on some resistance, but they didn't. They attended to my claim, and paid my dealer on time to carry out the repair. A good first experience.

    When I noticed a little struggle, I wasn't sure if it was the transmission or the acceleration system. I took it to my dealer, and after diagnosis, he realized it was the transmission. My dealer filed on my behalf, and they sent an inspector to verify my claim. After verification, they approved my claim, although I covered 30 percent of the cost.

    We got this plan for our delivery trucks, and this plan has served us well. Whenever our truck broke down, our dealer called them, and within two days, the issue would be resolved. We've not had any major repairs yet, but we are confident.

    I was able to utilize my warranty just a few months after purchasing my vehicle. A claim was made, and within three days, the claim was verified, and the shop was paid. I couldn't have asked for more.
