5 starsJust had my A/C and furnace checked for the season. Clint was friendly and personable. Gave me some helpful tips for keeping my HVAC in working order and didn’t try to upsell me anything. I have used Full Nelson for years and I’m always satisfied with their service.

5 starsRecently had Full Nelson check my HVAC for summer and I was very happy with the tech, Jeremy. He completed the service and explained what was done. Jeremy was courteous and friendly. Today Jeremy returned to replace my old thermostat. He took time to set up my phone connection and explain the functions. I appreciate techs who know what to do and can also explain to the homeowner any service or installation. Terrific service!Full Nelson Services

5 starsFirst time using full nelson and they've won a customer for life! All the office staff were super polite and helpful, they were able to get me scheduled super quickly, my expert Kaden got my shower valve cartridge fixed lickety split and even went through my basement pipes to make sure I didn't have any hidden damage. I think the final invoice was quite reasonable too. Very professional and capable from beginning to end. Especially with the arctic temps and major freezing we have had in the area I was impressed with how fast I was able to get on the books.
