5 starsI have used this company twice. My experience is that I have received excellent customer service from. The 2 technicians that came to my home, ***** and ***** were very knowledgeable, pleasant and transparent with their explanations and concerns to me. As a senior citizen we need individuals in this industry to show both patience and compassion in assisting us with our situations. I applaud this company for hiring individuals like these 2 that I dealt with. They display and execute that customer service to them is of the utmost importance. 5 stars***** ** saved my mother ! She had hire **** drain and they didn't do the job right . So ***** ** Came out and explained it to us what need to be done and had them come out and put the drain from house to main sewer drain in 2 days even fixed the pile of dirt that was left by ****! 5 starsWe had a series of plumbing issues that needed resolved. Our house is 22 years old and everything is starting to go out on us. I called Full Nelson after doing Google research. The communication excellent. Stephen, showed up on time. We went through my plumbing issues one by one. Stephen was great! He worked out many different quotes to find the price and products that I was comfortable with. Plumbing issues are never a fun or cheap thing to pay for, however, it feels good knowing the job was done right! 1 starExtremely poor service and customer service. Full Nelson damaged my personal property and would not return phone calls after the incident. I made multiple calls requesting a conversation with management and none were returned. Very unfortunate situation. I would not recommend them to anyone.Review fromRhonda B

5 starsJake came out and put in some work today. We had a 4 year old AC unit that stopped working unexpectedly. The first tech that came out said the part would need to be ordered and luckily it was under warranty, but labor plus coolant refill would be close to $2,000. We waited to hear back and did not for 2 months. We made the call a couple days ago and customer service was shocked we didn’t get a follow up. Long story short they got the part, Jake replaced it and he found that we also had a grounded compressor. I thought this would takes at least 2 more weeks, but Jake somehow tracked down a new compressor and came back two hours later to finish the job. He said that as a Dad with 2 young kids himself, he wasn’t going to let this go any longer. This is what separates good from great. Jake could have done what 99% would have done and said welp we didn’t expect to replace the compressor too and will just have to schedule another time. Above and beyond. And oh yeah, what easily could have been $5-$8k cost is nothing. Talk about making things right. I can’t express enough how important it is to have a business do what Jake and Full Nelson did for us today. Integrity at the highest degree??????????Full Nelson Services

4 starsRepeat customer, previous jobs have been done promptly capably, and effectively. So far no need for a callback on any job. Not the cheapest in town, but there really isn’t any such thing as a cheap plumber anymore. (that would get five stars). Would call again for an emergency, and compare quotes for an elective job, as we all should.Full Nelson Services
