      This business lies to customers in order to close a sale. Once the equipment is off their lot and they have their money they have absolutely no interest in standing behind their equipment quality or helping their customers. It’s abhorrent.

      This customer complained of multiple failures on a mower that was purchased from the dealership. Every time the mower was brought into the shop it was repaired, and all warrantable failures were repaired at no cost to the customer. On a couple of occasions, the sales staff even arranged for a loaner mower for the customer. We also offered discounted rentals for mowers to keep the customer working. The customer demanded full reimbursement for the cost of the mower a year later because the customer felt that the machine had too many problems. We offered to work the machine into our shop to repair the mower, but the customer was not satisfied with how far out our appointments were.
