I purchased a puppy on September 27th for the amount of ***** and after some things that happened in my personal life, I wasnt able to accept the puppy. I contacted the business multiple times over a few days and they tried to make it right for me, which I appreciate, however, since I already paid for the puppy and I wasnt able to accept it, I just thought it was fair they refunded me the ***** I paid (minus the deposit which is more than fair). Theyve agreed to do so as shown in the screenshots. Ive been told I would be refunded multiple times now and the date keeps getting pushed back and Im starting to grow apprehensive. I just want the refund I was promised at this point. Its insane I keep getting disregarded after being promised a refund multiple times only to get ignored. My dad is ill and this situation is only making it more stressful for me.Business Response

2/10/** – purchased dog
2/12/** – received dog
Paid ******* for puppy, **** for nanny fee, Total spent = *******
Business committed to provide a healthy, well-cared for mini goldendoodle, Cheerilee.
The dog we received does not look like the dog we paid for. I believe they gave us a different dog.
When we received her on 2/12/**, we noticed she was very thin and she walked like there was an issue with her hips. On 2/19/**, our vet said she is very underweight and has a mild decreased range of motion in her hip joints.
Cheerilee cowers when we go to pick her up. She will come to us if we are sitting down, but is very afraid when being approached. Our vet commented that her behavior shows she has had very little human interaction. He said we need to work hard with her at this point or she will become a very anxious adult dog and her behaviors will get worse. At the vet appointment, she hid under my chair as much as possible. When the vet had her up on the table, she was terrified with her tail between her legs so far it was all the way up to her stomach.
Cheerilee climbs everything and jumps off things that are much too high if we can’t reach her in time. We put her in a large crate to eat and to rest. She tears at the bars on the crate and has clearly never been in one before.
She was sold as a mini goldendoodle. Parents were listed as a ** pound dam and a ** pound sire. If that were the case, she should grow to weigh somewhere between those two. She is currently ** pounds while being a very underweight 5 month old dog. Her adult weight is estimated to be about ** pounds. Not possible if her parents were ** and ** lbs.
Posh Puppies Indiana offered that we could return Cheerilee to them and get credit towards another puppy. With her physical and behavioral condition, I would not want another puppy from them ever. I wouldn’t feel safe giving her back to them.
Order No. *****Business Response

Customer commented after receiving her puppy that she was settling in well. Please see below responses to customer communication. Customer declined to return the puppy for a refund.

- The statements on our website are 100% true. We work closely with 2 different clinics for our dogs and puppies. We have a veterinary care plan that we follow very closely for everything medical including regular vaccinations and deworming and medical treatments should any be needed.
- Our vaccinations are purchased thru a veterinary clinic. Having 24 years of experience, we administer them ourselves with the exception of the rabies vaccine. That particular vaccine has to be given by a licensed veterinarian.
- Our puppies and adults are all very well cared for. We have round the clock staff that tends to their every need. If a puppy or adult needs medical care they absolutely go to the vet no questions asked.
- We would LOVE to have every puppy examined before they leave for their forever home unfortunately, with the shortage of veterinarians in our area that is currently not an option which is why we have a veterinary care plan in place. We have been trying to hire our own private vet to be onsite daily but haven’t had success with that to date. (This does not mean our dogs don’t receive their needed care it means we work closely with the clinics to ensure we are doing everything that is needed just as we have over the last 24 years.
- You have to keep in mind that vet clinics are a disease contaminated area. Dogs and other animals with deadly diseases go there for diagnosis and treatment. While it sounds great to take puppies at an early age it can actually be quite dangerous for them and extremely irresponsible of a breeder to expose their puppies to the possible contamination and then spread it to their younger babies resulting in mass sickness or death. This is why our vet checks rabies etc are done here onsite by the clinics we work with.
- Regarding the vets license number, I have never tried to “search that” Your vet can certainly pick up the phone and call the clinic where her rabies was given to verify her and their information. We cannot purchase nor administer the rabies vaccine. Their number is listed in the certificate that was provided.
- I would love to have a conversation with your vet about the forms being “off” in 24 years we have only received compliments on the information and organization that they provide.
- We identify all of our puppies with the last 4 digits of their microchip. The full number is provided on your receipt via email as well as on different paperwork throughout the folder.
- Incase you need it (***************)
- Like we explained before, Every puppy just like people, have a different body type. She has never been a fat and rollie puppy. She has always had access 24/7 to food to eat as she pleases. Sometimes when an animal goes to a new home they will go off of their food. It’s not ideal but it is not uncommon. We can’t predict how they will do in a new setting only offer suggestions should the puppy not eat properly on how to get them going.
- She has always been a sweet and reserved puppy since she was little. We have never had issues with her while in our care.
- Yourself and your vet can only make assumptions as neither of you whelped or raised this puppy. Our babies are handled on a daily basis by a staff that absolutely loves what they do and are passionate about all of the dogs.
- As a new owner of an older puppy you have to keep in mind that there are many new things going on in her life. (How would a child act if they were driven to an unknown location and put in a car with a complete stranger arrive to a new home with a routine that is not familiar, people that are not familiar, their friends that they see every day aren’t there, and then being held still to put this scary diaper on that they have never worn.) What I am saying is look at it from her point of view, let her get to know you, introduce new things slowly and give her time to adapt to all of the new things that are happening. It has to be an overwhelming feeling for them.
- Animal reactions will vary from puppy to puppy. They have their own individual personalities just as we do.
- We would never intentionally misrepresent a puppies breed. Our mini goldendoodle puppies typically range *****-*****. Her fee was lowered because of her age and as we explained to you because she is more reserved that is why she has been picked over when families meet her. I will attach her parents registration so you can see their registration papers.
- The health guarantee requires a signature that aligns directly with your acceptance of the terms and conditions of the guarantee and protects you as the buyer and us as the seller.
- To the best of our knowledge, she was happy and healthy when leaving here.
- We were not misleading in any way, and to be honest it’s pretty offensive that we are being judged when you don’t know us. We are a member of the Indiana council for animal welfare, we are licensed and inspected but state local and AKC.
- We are good people that love what we do We even sponsor adoptions fees at our local shelter to help all of the unwanted find homes.
- She was absolutely cared for and loved while she was with us. Car rides are very scary for puppies, she was cared for in her ride to meet you. To say she wasn’t is also an unfair assumption.
- We offered you to bring her back for a refund or to meet a different puppy that aligns more with the personality you are looking for which you declined.

All of our puppies are identified by microchip.
We scan the chip for everything we do from vet work to photos anything that requires a positive identification. Dogs naturally perk their ears some more than others. Here is a pic of her as a baby with her ears perked. I will send you copies of your paperwork you received and signed with the acceptance form.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because:
I'm not denying that Posh Puppies has the dogs microchipped. I'm saying this isn't the dog I paid for.
Obviously some puppies perk their ears more than others. Cheerilee's ears are NEVER down. Even when she is resting. I don't know how anyone looking at these two pictures would believe they're the same dog. I know I signed the papers. I signed the papers for Cheerilee, the dog I had purchased.
I was told that you could drive her to meet us within Indiana because then you wouldn't need special paperwork from a vet to deliver her. Now I find out that a Certificate of Veterinary Inspection is legally required for any dog to be taken from one state to another. The inspection was not made so the certificate does not exist. This is literally illegal and you knew it ahead of time.
I am not denying that you leave food out for the dogs 24/7. But by Cheerilee's weight, it is obvious that SHE didn't get enough food. Blaming her being significantly underweight on me is absurd when I received her this way. Blaming the new owner for physical issues the dog had when they received it is not ok.
As far as vet visits go, you are saying that the statements on the website that you prioritize vet care are true. AND that you NEVER have the puppies checked by a vet. Both of those statements cannot be true at the same time. In what way could you be prioritizing vet care without ever getting a vet check? The statements that vet clinics are full of disease and puppies shouldn't be taken there doesn't make sense. A vet could come to you to examine the puppies, especially since you have over *** puppies for sale. Only puppy mills have that many dogs for sale at once. According to proof through CVI's reviewed by ***********************, you have purchased dogs at a dog auction. That is not the same as breeding. That makes you a puppy broker, not breeder. I would NEVER have purchased a dog from you if I had known this information.Yes, you did offer for me to return Cheerilee to you and get a credit towards another dog. I would never get a dog from you again, knowing what I know now. I also wouldn't return her to you, knowing she wasn't cared for at your facility. This is a living, breathing, being. Not a toaster. She deserves to be loved and cared for.

We are going to defend ourself on this because we did not do anything wrong.
Again, All of the statements being made are accusations and assumptions without a full picture understanding.
I am just going to lay out the facts which is what we have done politely since your first concern about the diapering incident.
You updated us with your puppy and said she was adjusting great.
Then you said you were trying to hold her still to put on a diaper and it freaked her out. She has never been restrained like that and I am sure it was scary and what trust she had developed with this new stranger now has to be regained. Dogs can take 2 days - 3/4 weeks to get comfortable in their new homes. It depends on the puppy.
You purchased your puppy in person. You saw her before taking possession. You signed the acceptance form stating you had inspected your puppy and wanted your puppy.
We offered you to bring her back for a full refund or meet other puppies or a personality that more aligned with what you were searching for. You declined.
Again, just like people every dog has its own build some thicker than others. She had 24/7 access to her food while with us. We would never send home a puppy that we thought had an issue. We love our dogs.
You were told that if you needed our nanny service to deliver to Wisconsin that we had to obtain a health certificate to bring you your puppy. We would have the vet check done on Wednesday and could deliver her that evening. You chose to meet in Indiana. We did not cross state lines with the puppy and did nothing illegal. As for families traveling with pets I have no idea what the laws are. I am only aware of the laws that pertain to us as breeders.
I have already explained to you in the previous comments that we have a veterinary care plan in place. If one of our dogs or puppies needs medical attention that is provided immediately.
We ARE a professional breeder and have been for over 23 years. We do co own some of our parents with a select few trusted families that are held to our high standards. There is a huge difference between a professional breeder that has round the clock 24/7 care for their puppies spends endless amounts on the best products and best food for their adults and puppies screens for genetic issues and employs 2 veterinary clinics to handle all necessary care. Versus a puppy mill that doesn’t care about health, genetic testing, quality of food or quality of care and and does the bare minimum just to get money Unfortunately the public is ignorant when it comes to knowing the difference.
We are not a broker and never intend to be.
As a breeder, we are always judged and ridiculed for everything that we do. Even though everything is done with the utmost care and responsible decisions are made. I can understand the judgement but, without fully understanding our motives and breeding program I feel like you need more information to be educated before making such a comment.
Let’s give you the entire picture so you understand where we, as responsible Breeders of 24 years, were coming from when we made the educated choice to purchase the select few health tested and quality dogs that we did.
1.) The long time breeder that went out of business had the quality that we were exactly looking for.Unfortunately most breeders didn’t and still don’t have genetically clear lines that are up to AKC standards and contain the qualities that we have come to expect In our program over the years, she did.
Our goals are
1st health
2nd temperament
3rd quality
4th breed standard
These dogs are :
- ofa health tested
- prescreened for genetic health conditions and were 100% clear
- pedigree full of champion lines (a testament to their quality)
-quality breed standard and exceptional colors
After checking all of those boxes we then had the onsite veterinarian prescreen them to ensure they in fact were meeting our requirements.
After all of that prescreening and making sure all of our rigorous requirements were met, these select few dogs have been living their best lives with us instead of being shoved into a tiny cage and being miserable or who knows what.
So yes I do believe we made an ethical decision to bring them home into an environment that is loving, will care properly for them, and can improve the breed all at the same time!
The offer to bring her back will forever be open because we love each and every one of our pups. Should you still choose to keep her then I believe it is time for this harassment to end.Initial Complaint

I purchased a cockapoo from this business on Nov 19th. They sold us a puppy sick already with kennel cough as well as one with SEVERE behavior issues. On Nov 21st I contacted the seller to let them know this and that her behavior was a VALID safety concern for my baby. The only alternative offered was not a refund but an exchange. I was basically forced to either lose all my money or exchange for another puppy and try again. We picked out Opal who is a mini goldendoodle. This dog is now displaying the same behaviors as the other and even more so it has severe inexplicable separation anxiety that has turned our household upside down. This behavior has caused extreme distress in our baby who is very confused regarding why all of a sudden we must isolate him for his safety. Both puppies were sent home with us with ANTIBIOTICS which was not outright disclosed. You dont send HEALTHY puppies with antibiotics unless there is something wrong. I was told theyre well socialized and having seen now two puppies from them I can confidently say they are NOT well socialized at all, theyre extremely anxious, theyre unable to be alone, unable to be trained, unable to listen. They dont know what puppy pads are, they are not used to being in playpens, nothing that the breeder said is true. I am asking for a full refund for the original amount. I was given a puppy in exchange for the original but this is not the puppy breed I initially wanted or purchased and due to the distress and disruption it is causing our family we need the full refund so that we can invest that money into professional training as we cannot handle these behaviors in a household with an 11 month old child as we already told the business. This business needs to be thoroughly investigated as they have puppy mill practices with hundreds of dogs that are raised in inhumane conditions and buyers are the ones to suffer besides these dogs. I also spend a lot of money driving back and forth to this breeder twice.Business Response

Unfortunately I don't believe this family has experience with raising a puppy.
When we were contacted after they adopted their first puppy within 48 hours of having their new puppy, they were concerned about normal puppy behavior. The customer claimed that the puppy didn't want to leave their side (it sounds to me like she was trying to love them) they also complained that the puppy was tearing up the puppy pads ( puppies love to do this and we recommended a puppy pad holder) our puppies are introduced to puppy pads but we always advise that they will need house training. The next complaint is that when they confine the puppy, she would whine and cry (again normal puppy behavior this is a new home and new people that she needed time to adjust to new settings and being alone)
Our puppies are always kept with their littermates or friends so they are not used to being isolated by themselves and that takes training which I explained to her. The aggressive behavior that the client is referring to was the puppy wanting to lick and bite their toes while playing and for their child while they were holding the baby the feet were dangling and she wanted to play. Again normal puppy behavior that takes training to teach the puppy what is expected.
Against our better judgment we did allow for an exchange which is not common because we do not believe that puppies should be able to be returned like a piece of clothing at ******** They are a commitment not a product. We even stressed to her that we were concerned if she exchanged the puppy that she would experience this same puppy behavior.
Side note: The puppy that was returned exhibits nothing but loveable behavior with us loves to give kisses and rolls over on her side for belly rubs. She is the sweetest puppy ever and looks at you and just wants love.
We are very transparent with our facility and you can see photos on our website. We are also licensed and inspected by different entities and are a member of the Indiana Council For Animal Welfare. We also ensure the best care for our babies by providing 24 hour a day staffing 7 days a week. Also we are very fortunate 2 have 2 different veterinary clinics that we work with regularly to ensure the health and wellbeing of our adults and puppies! The medication that we send home is a preventative that comes recommended by one of the veterinarians that we work with. In regards to the cough that the puppy exhibited we do administer the bordetella vaccine which can cause a reaction much like when a person gets the flu shot. We also explained that at the time they picked up their puppy.
The last communication we had with the customer was them informing us that they gave away the puppy to a family member. There is no Refund per our contract.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because:
1. To state that we, as a family, have no experience raising puppies, is based in nothing but your objective opinion and has no grounds to stand on because you are incorrect. We currently take care of and helped raise and nurture a schnoodle of over a year thats my mothers dog and stays with us frequently due to her working long hours. Weve owned and successfully cared for across both our lives of bulldogs, ********** Shepherds, shih tzus, chihuahuas.2. To state that the behavior the original puppy was having was normal is also objective and false- what else would you say BUT that when you are the breeder in question, right? We expressed that we had to physically separate our child from the puppy because she was ATTACKING him and was old enough to cause harm whenever he was left on the floor. She was not nipping, she was not playing, she was trying to hurt him which scared and SCARRED my child and made him fearful and cry. The puppy didnt want to leave mine or my husbands side but became extremely aggressive and unsafe when it came to us giving our child any sort of attention.
3. You stated that we told you that when we would confide the puppy she would whine and scream as is normal to you. On the phone call witnessed by my husband on 11/19 you stated that she is used to playpens as that is how they are kept in your facility and puppy pads. She was in fact never able to be isolated by herself in our house and still was filled with unhealthy amounts of separation anxiety that you cannot explain upon her being new to us. Both dogs were absolutely unable to be kept in a playpen for any amount of time.4. You didnt allow us to exchange against your better judgment- you had to do that because the puppy was NOT a match and she was displaying aggression, separation anxiety, and a health concern less than 48 hours from us driving a total of 6 hours back and forth to get the initial puppy. You SHOULD have issued a refund given that we drove her right back to you within that 48 hours. We drove BACK to you and spend another 6 hours on the road committed to your business and giving YOU another chance just to be treated as we are right now. You allowed us to exchange because you refused to refund us. The puppy we exchanged for I was hesitant accepting as you can see even on your cameras in your facility but I did so anyways thinking that perhaps her being younger than the other she hasnt had enough time for bad behaviors related to their living conditions to set in. As soon as I brought her home, this puppy did not display aggression, but she is traumatized and has crippling separation anxiety that makes it impossible to do anything but be right next to someone all the time. Their behaviors jointly did not allow for any training, any bonding, any normal interactions because they are hyper focused on making sure that you do not under any circumstances leave their side or pay attention to anything else other than them, ever. I did NOT want to return this puppy to you again and do you that favor of keeping them in the same traumatic situation and profit on selling her AGAIN after we spent 12 hours on the road and now thousands of dollars trying to give you another chance to prove us wrong. After 7 days of keeping her in our home and trying everything we could to make it work, while waiting for a financial resolution from BBB to perhaps board her at a training academy or hire a personal dog trainer we had NO other choice besides to take her to my sister in laws home who luckily took her in. She has a goldendoodle already of 2 years and children and she is expressing the same concerns I was- that this dog has crippling separation anxiety and she is having a hard time even sleeping although she is right next to her she is crying. These behaviors are not noticed by just us- my parents were witness, friends, and now my sister in law and her family can say the same. I texted you that so that you honor the one year health guarantee because she is still in our family and was given to them for free just so we could have peace in our home and focus on our now anxious baby that is still hesitant to freely move around due to the behaviors of your two dogs. I also did not want to text you any further regarding puppy behaviors or any issues because you are extremely condescending, wrong in your assumptions, unappreciative of the fact that we believed in and gave your business two chances, and you likely would have said it is again us and not your puppies, but its not coincidence.
I have copies of the receipts that you attached. I am also a registered nurse, and I know very well that antibiotics are not given unless there is an active infection as administering antibiotics without a bacteria present can and will cause a superinfection that will spread to and affect and infect otherwise healthy dogs that the treated dog is in contact with.
Please do your due diligence and refund us for this nightmare so that we can both move on with our lives and get the dog the necessary help it needs to thrive and rehabilitate.

I hate that you have had this experience however, we have been in the business for over 25 years and we have successfully placed puppies with families that entire time. The explanations for the experience you shared and the assumptions you feel that I have made are based on years of experience in this arena. In regard to the antibiotic that is sent home, it is called out at the bottom of puppies vaccine record and a paper is given to everyone purchasing a puppy that explains the Bortella vaccine and what the side effects of it can be. Finally, we have our one-year health guarantee that explains exactly how and under what circumstances we provide reimbursements. With this situation, we are 100% within our rights as a business and we more than met all requirements set forth in our contract.Initial Complaint

I purchased a mini tea cup ********* terrier from Posh Puppies of Indiana and pup was delivered on December 26, 2022. The breeders website said the puppy was AKC registered, but I didn't receive paperwork and it's now 45+/- days later. I contacted the seller in and around Feb 2 2023 and they was going to send the paperwork. It's been 7days and I still have yet to receive the paperwork. I've contacted the seller before making this complaint and I have not received any response back. All I want is the paperwork to register my $6,000 dollar Yorkie!!!!Business Response

On Tuesday, September 27th, I purchased a cockapoo from this business. Upon stepping into the building, the filthy smell was overwhelming. When ***** was brought out for us to see, she was stained in urine all along her back legs and rear and smelled horribly. Once home, arriving at about 6:00 pm CST, she began scratching intensely at her right ear. I noticed a scab and blood in her ear. Clearly, it was infected. At 8:00 am CST the next morning, I took her in to our local walk-in vet, and they confirmed that the ear was infected. By Sunday morning, October 2nd, she was producing stool frequently, it was watery with blood, and she had stopped eating. Since ****** stool and loss of appetite indicate a serious concern (potentially life-threatening), I took her to the Emergency Vet Clinic. After I texted Posh Puppies the estimate for the vet visit, they called me, of course, and my stomach felt queasy when they told me that I should've texted them first. Why? Why would a breeder, a person who supposedly "cares about her babies," want me to text HER instead of going to an actual health professional? They clearly already knew she was ill or definitely had potential to be. She was sent home with syringes full of some type of medicine, and I was told "but it doesn't mean baby is sick." I have never bought a puppy and received pink fluid in syringes. She was diagnosed at the vet with Campylobacteriosis. As shown on many websites: "Puppies and kittens with diarrhea who are younger than 6 months of age and who live in crowded conditions, poor sanitation, or are under stress due to surgery, pregnancy, or illness are at a higher risk."She was urine-soaked with an ear infection when I received her, so it was already clear the conditions were not sanitary and the "cages" are likely overcrowded.I am seeking a refund ($1836.12) and full compensation of the $899 emergency vet bill. They knowingly sold me an unhealthy animal. I consider her a rescue.Business Response

I was super surprised to hear that you thought your puppy was smelly. We freshly groom each puppy before their appointments unfortunately with white puppies that like to sit in their food bowls the oil from the food can stain their fur. We did not notice any scratching of the ears or ear issues with your puppy but we understand that the vet diagnosed her with an ear infection and we would be happy to cover the medications no problem! We truly believe that when our babies go to their new homes we want the new families to communicate with us especially if they have an issue or any questions. During our conversation you only talked down to me when all I was trying to do was help. It was very disturbing to be brushed off and treated the way you treated me. I think you forget that we love our babies and we dedicate our lives to them and give them the best care. We have watched and assisted your baby be born and grow and develop into an adorable puppy with a sweet personality and looked forward to finding the perfect family for her. I dont see an issue with you calling us and keeping us updated on the puppy and asking questions. I was simply trying to understand what was happening with the puppy when we spoke on the phone. As far as the pink liquid, our vet believes in being proactive versus reactive. Its a light tummy antibiotic that helps with the stress of going to a new home. We explained that when you picked up your baby as well. Our babies are not kept in unsanitary conditions we are licensed and inspected on a regular basis and our employees and family provide the best love and care for our babies.

I am rejecting this response because:
Every vet I have consulted says that no ethical vet would give a "healthy" animal a "preventative" antibiotic. In fact, they have all been horrified that someone would do that. As per their response, Posh Puppies is suggesting that their vet prescribed a supposedly healthy animal an antibiotic to be "proactive." What is the name of their vet? I would like to know. Therefore, it is obviously clear that the vet prescribed the antibiotic because the puppy was infected, and they knew it. At no time did Posh Puppies Indiana (who used to do business as Cute Puppies until that business was stopped for similar reasons) disclose to me that my puppy had a bacterial infection that caused ****** stool and loss of appetite. I did not learn from Posh Puppies that this bacterial infection is caused by unsanitary conditions. I did not learn from Posh Puppies that my other dog would then be at risk for the same infection. The man who sold me the puppy and who gave me the syringe of pink fluid said, "Now, it doesn't mean that baby is sick." But, actually, that's exactly what it meant. They knowingly sold me an unhealthy animal and did not tell me before I signed documents and bought the animal. Had I known, I would not have completed the sale for $1865. To me, that constitutes fraud and unethical business practices. I have also filed a complaint with the *************** and I will be completing the packet necessary to further the complaint.
This business needs to be stopped. They refuse to refund the large sum of money, even though they are fully aware they are selling unhealthy puppies.
I pity the animals in their "care."
I, too, am attaching the text conversation I had with Posh Puppies. They never answered my questions or took responsibility for what they had done.

I purchased a puppy from Posh Puppies Indiana in August 2022 for $,1850 plus tax. The puppy was represented as being a Miniature Goldendoodle. Genetic testing determined that the puppy is part chihuahua. This is fraud. The puppy has behavioral issues (biting, aggressive behavior, skittishness) likely arising from the breeding of low-quality stock.Business Response

We are surprised to hear this, No puppy is unlovable we 100% would like to have our puppy back so that we could find a home that she fits in well with. She deserves that. We have had zero communication from you that you were having issues with your puppy, in-fact on August 26th a few days after you had received her the update we received about your puppy was "I named her ****, she does great on a leash, potty training is not going well yet, she is very sweet and snuggly and good with my other dog!". While **** was here she was just as you described in your update, sweet cuddly loved playing outside, loved her squeaky toys and was a very good girl. She was with her mom and littermates until 8 weeks old and then with her littermates until she was placed. Its sounds to me like she is being a typical puppy and testing her limits and she needs training to know what you expect of her. Kind of like a toddler that doesn't know right from wrong. Her vet check prior to leaving was great she was healthy and happy with no issues. We did notice on your vet exam form that you sent us, after having your new puppy for 15 days, your vet advised you to feed her more. Did you put her on a scheduled feeding? That would explain the weight loss, Because while she was here she had access to food and water 24/7. We send very clear instructions on how to feed your puppy. As far as the dna results that you sent us on ****, who is a multigenerational mini golden doodle. She was 66% toy/mini poodle 22%medium/standard poodle 10% golden retriever and 2% chihuahua. We had replied to you that "I am not a scientist, but from my understanding from embark DNA explanations are fairly new and the tiny percentages are not 100% accurate a purebred dog must have a minimum ****% to be considered purebred. Breeder associations rule the percentage of the full blood genetics required for an animal to be considered purebred. usually above ****%.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because: The statistic sited by the business is made up. The puppy has behavioral issues due to her breed mix - chihuahuas are terrible dogs. I never agreed to purchase a chihuahua mix. I agreed to purchase a mini goldendoodle. The puppy that I have is not a mini goldendoodle. The breeder has perpetrated fraud.
The response provided is haphazard and lazy, much like their breeding operation in general.
