    ?? 1 Star (If I could give zero, I would) ***** Towing **********, IN Absolutely the worst towing experience imaginable. From the moment we called Vics Towing, we were met with rudeness and hostility. The phone interaction was unpleasant, but things only got worse in person. Their customer service is not just lackingits aggressively disrespectful. They treated us like an inconvenience rather than customers.They tried to charge nearly $500 for a 20-minute tow, and when we asked for a breakdown of the charges, they refused to provide a detailed receipt. The price mysteriously dropped four different times during our conversation, which felt like they were just making numbers up on the ******* the middle of trying to resolve the issue, they kicked us off their lot, sent dogs out, and gave us only 30 minutes to figure out how to remove our car, which they had blocked in. We had no choice but to call the police just to get them to speak with us civilly. At one point, they even attempted to hit us with their truck while we were on the lot.This business operates with zero professionalism, no transparency, and a complete disregard for basic human decency. Vics Towing should be shut down and held accountable for their behavior. If you value your safety, sanity, and wallet, do not ever let your vehicle end up at Vics Towing.

    i have video footage of this lady arguing with myself & the police she never called the bill was 275$ she had no insurance to pay for the accident . im not going to argue cause thats all this lady does !! it wasnt even her car it was her daughter the police told her serveral times stop screaming in our faces ! this ends here !  i have video proof of her daughter almost running staff over as she drove out our lot & didnt pay !!

    For one you're running a business proper pronunciation and punctuation should be used! Yes, I'm sure you do have video of you and your big ugly truck almost running a child over! Let's be clear we have video proof that you tried to charge almost $500 when my daughter first arrived. We also can obtain video proof from the police how you changed the price four different times. The officer never told us to stop screaming again officer provided video proof if needed. Daughter did in fact have insurance and still does have insurance there's another false fly on you. Also another lie that you're telling is you didn't get paid pretty sure there's officer provided proof of that as well on video at the cop car. Your company is based off of dishonesty, lies, Deceit everything in the book negative! Point Blank you cannot properly run a business and you're running this poor man's business in the ground! It's no wonder you're not even accredited with the BBB because you can't properly run a business! I would love to see all your video proof against our police provided video proof to prove everything in your statement is completely false! This does not end here because I will continue to provide all the evidence needed so you do not get any business whatsoever and stop ruining people's lives trying to take advantage of them!
