      As a long-time customer and fan of ******************, I've witnessed its evolution from the early days to its recent acquisition by Discount Tire. Initially, assurances were given that nothing significant would change, and both entities would operate separately. Unfortunately, my recent experiences suggest otherwise.Quality of Service: The once swift and reliable service has noticeably declined. A recent incident involving over a week's delay to address a bad tire was particularly frustrating. There's also the issue of customers showing up for appointments only to find their tires unavailable a ***** contrast to the efficiency we used to expect from Tire Rack.Impact on Legacy: I respect the decision of the original owners to sell, and I hope the initial employees benefited from the transition. However, what I see now is a shadow of the company's former self. There's a certain irony in how the current operations seem to tarnish the brand's reputation, something that feels almost deliberate.Nostalgia for Better Days: I fondly recall the days of ****************** in the warehouse, hands-on and deeply involved. That personal touch and commitment to excellence seem to have faded.Conclusion: I believe Discount Tire should reconsider its approach to managing Tire Rack's retail division. There's a fine line between integrating a new acquisition and losing the essence of what made it successful. As it stands, the current trajectory is disheartening, and it feels like a dishonor to the legacy of Tire Rack.

      Tire rack has sent me my RV tires. They were delivered to the shop one day after original receiving date but that is ok. The mechanic was the able to set up a date next week to Mount and dismount old tires. Very satisfied with tire rack price and delivery. ????
