      Tires received promptly at installer. Very competitive price , great quality. Scheduling installation was fast and easy. Tires installed in 30 minutes (Discount Tire). I have used Tire Rack before and will use them again and recommend them.

      I had a flat tire which was covered by Tire Rack's 2-year road hazard warranty.1) My phone call to Tire Rack to request a replacement tire revealed that they did not have said tire in stock & that I was on my own to locate one.2) I spent numerous HOURS in locating the tire (the same exact one as my flat).3) It required me to drive 80 miles round-trip to pick up the tire once I finally found it. I believe Tire Rack should have either had the tire in stock or else done the footwork themselves to have saved me my time and effort.4) Although I paid $202.99 for the new tire, Tire Rack would pay only a maximum of $190.99. I submitted all documentation necessary for my claim, including proof of what I had paid.5) Tire Rack denied my claim, saying I had to submit the claim BEFORE PURCHASING THE ***** HOW LUDICROUS! My priority was in obtaining the new tire (which took 8 days) and I had no knowledge that I was expected to file FIRST!6) In my opinion, Tire Rack is not operating in good faith whatsoever. There is no good reason why they will not honor my warranty with them. I want the money they owe me!

      We apologize for any inconvenience. However, the terms and conditions of the road hazard program clearly state that pre-approval is required for any claims. The information was sent to you via email on 11/26/2022 when the tire was replaced, but the claim wasn't started until 1/10/2022. We can't get the denial overturned, and would encourage you to follow the instructions for any future claims to avoid being denied again. Thank you.

      I order brakes for my car. Took over a month to get .Got sent the wrong parts. Then got sent on a wild goose chase. Well call you back. is what I was told. 2 weeks later still havent received a refund. Completely unprofessional. First time buying from them and wont ever again. I warn anyone dont spend you hard earn money with them. I had to order parts from a local company because my car was stuck on the lift. Then asked for vin number and everything . Still no help. This lady ***** was not helpful at all.now I spent the money twice for the wrong parts and then had to buy the right ones from a local place. Times are hard everything is expensive. People need their money back asap. Were going on week 3 now. Still nothing. Worst experience every. Ive order stuff from others countrys and havent had this many headaches. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH TIRE RACK.

      Horrible service , I need a replacement Tire which I have the road hazard and never used it before needing it now... I am down my vehicle because the tire is bad, has a s**** in the side wall. I have been trying to get this claim entered, BUT it wants me to buy a new tire instead of replacing the damaged tire that I bought from these people... they dont want to honor their own warranty ... I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE AGAIN... I'd rather pay more with ******** or discount tire then to Order for TIRE RACK .... horrible service

      We apologize for any inconvenience. The terms and conditions of the Tire Rack road hazard policy clearly state that the free road hazard protection is a reimbursement program. After pre-approval is obtained, a new tire is purchased, documentation showing new purchase and install is submitted, and a reimbursement check is mailed at that time.       False advertising. Bait & switch tactics. Poor customer service.I ordered tires showing as 'in stock'. At no time was I notified that was NOT the case. I only found out when I went to track my order. I reached out via online chat. '****' informed me that 2 were 'in stock' so it wasn't false advertising, even though I clearly ordered 4. the only option that was offered to me as 'available' was a lesser quality tire at a higher price. This feels very bait and switch to me. I asked if the price was going to be matched and was told no. My order was supposed to arrive ***** so I scheduled an installation appointment, arranged for time away from work and arranged for alternative transportation. Due to the misleading practices of Tire Rack, they could not give me a solid arrival date and therefore I am unable to schedule a new appointment or arrange transportation. This also affects my work load and coworkers. Poor, poor, tactics. Total lack of honesty, validation of deceptive practices. Highly DO NOT recommend

      Online customer service agent ****** proceeded to tell me that I had a no and you had a 15in tire pulled up so perhaps you were on the wrong path when I asked him about another size rim and tire. Thats literally the reason why I asked for what other sizes there are. Did not even ask me what vehicle I had, what size tire and rim I needed and responded so rudely without knowing the facts of my vehicle wheel information.
